Meditation & Breathing inspired by Oak is a very simple to use guided meditation app containing different type of meditations performed by two professional instructors.
Choose your meditation type, select instructor, background music and learn how to meditate.
The app is a great tool for learn meditation, as well for experienced users.

We collected more than 20 professionally recorded nature sounds.
Listen to the calming sounds of nature to deep into sleep or just relax from a stressful day.

Meditations :

✔ Mindful meditation - Mindfulness is the psychological process of purposely bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment.

✔ Loving Kindness - Meditation of loving kindness will help you develop a deeper appreciation of yourself and others. This old technique dates back to BCE 400.

✔ Deep Calm - Dr. Andrew Weil named this exercise 'a natural nervous system tranquilizer', which eases the body into a state of calm and relaxation.

✔ Box breathing - Box breathing (also known as four-square breathing) is a technique designed to increase performance and concentration while reliving powerful pressure. Athletes, Navy SEALs, and even yoga practitioners use it regurarly.

✔ Awake - The perfect coffee substitute. Use this strategy for a fast burst of energy and alertness in the morning during an afternoon power slump.
