BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

右上の検索バーにコメントをコール - コールログにコメントを追加を入力して検索します。

クリックして検索結果からコメントをコール - コールログにコメントを追加をインストールします。
