Overview

Sit-up is program designed to help you improve your abdominal strenght and the amount of sit-ups you can do.
Sit up is like a free personal trainer that helps you to get into a better shape.

Sit up has 6 different difficulty levels from beginner to more advanced trainer. After you have completed one difficulty you should be strong enough to move to the next one. After completing the hardest difficulty you should be able to do over 120 situps .

Sit-up is a great exercise to streghten your core and get that sixpack you have always dreamed of.
Sit-up is commonly used in many fitness tests.

  • Click to install Sit Up - workout routine from the search results

  • Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install Sit Up - workout routine

  • Click the Sit Up - workout routine icon on the home screen to start playing
