BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

クリックして検索結果から懐中電灯(広告なし)をインストールします。

Googleサインインを完了して懐中電灯(広告なし)をインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合

ホーム画面にて懐中電灯(広告なし)のアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
