Play fieldTask on PC

FieldTask is the Smap Android client. When used with the Smap Server it becomes a powerful tool for collecting data, guiding the completion of tasks and providing information back to the user.


The default configuration includes a user id and password to connect to a demo server. You can try it out by installing and then press the refresh button. This will download the forms on that server to fieldTask.

To set up your own server account goto https://sg.smap.com.au and click register. You will also find documentation on that web site. If you have any issues you can email support at smap-suite@googlegroups.com

Play fieldTask on PC. It’s easy to get started.

  • Download and install BlueStacks on your PC

  • Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later

  • Look for fieldTask in the search bar at the top right corner

  • Click to install fieldTask from the search results

  • Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install fieldTask

  • Click the fieldTask icon on the home screen to start playing
