Not Exactly A Hero! eliminates the usual cliché storylines and superhero plots. It opens with Riley, the major protagonist who is a substitute agent that supports a superhero’s daily activities. However, there’s a catch: Riley is not a superhero but an everyday citizen just like you and me!
Get ready to meet different characters in the game as you try to solve various cases. Some characters include Chief, Chris, an Oobur driver, a kebab truck guy, and lots more. You can befriend anyone you wish…if they agree to be friends with you.
Chief is your boss who is constantly under stress due to low-budget problems. Chris is your team’s new recruit who’s bent on scratching your ego. The Oobur driver stirs up people’s minds, and the kebab truck guy has a weird and wonky personality.
You have to make lots of decisions, and each choice builds up as you proceed, determining the outcome. There are three (3) starting points, four (4) side character routes, and nine (9) different endings, plus a bonus when you complete them all.
