All star Random Defense is a brand-new tower defense RPG that plays out quite strategically in the long run! The game offers players 2 distinct type of cards – Character cards and Spell cards. The former are the characters that can be deployed permanently on the battlefield and attack incoming enemy minions. The latter are magical spells that can be casted for some additional effects that last shortly. All star Random Defense is available as a free-to-play game on both Google Play Store and iOS App Store.     

In this tier list for All star Random Defense, we will be mentioning the best character cards that any player can acquire and use in battles. These are distinct from magical spells, as characters can be deployed permanently on your board. In the S-tier, we have the best of the best characters that have proven their worth due to higher stats and better abilities. A-tier contains the average characters who can be good when used strategically. B-tier comprises of those characters that have little to no impact, especially in the upper echelons of ranks. Steve is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Physics type. His unique trait reads as follows – “Inflicts extra damage and knocks monsters in the range back when certain cooldown passes.”

Apple

Apple is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Buff type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Increases attack speed of the surrounding characters. Adds extra attack, attack speed, and crit chance if there are 2,4, or 6 same characters. (range: front, back, left, and right)” 

Edgar

Edgar is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Physics type. His unique trait reads as follows – “Has a chance to instantly kill attacked monster. Gets additional skills along with upgrades.”

Una

Una is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Physics type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Has a chance to attack with a sword. Sword attacks 3 monsters and inflicts damage proportional to their remaining HP.” 

Benny

Benny is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Improve type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Increases own stats in 2 steps after a certain standby time. Step 1: Attack speed increase. Step 2: Attack speed increase and crit chance increase to 100%.”

Roger

Roger is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Physics type. His unique trait reads as follows – “Has a chance to throw a grenade at the upfront monster. Grenade has a 25% chance of creating a blazing area and inflicting 5 attacks for 2 seconds.” 

Bella

Bella is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Magical type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Can transform any other character into herself in case their grades are the same.”

Rumi

Rumi is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Magical type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Decreases speed of all monsters after a certain cooldown time passes.”

Dahlia

Dahlia is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Magical type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Creates a sand dune at a random spot on the monster track after each cooldown period. Monsters speed decreases when they pass it over.”

Roy

Roy is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as an Improve type. His unique trait reads as follows – “Increases own attack along with attacking similar monsters. In case there are 3,6, 9, 12, or 15 same characters, Attack and attack speed increase and damage applies to the target range.”

Annie

Annie is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Magical type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Summons a death spirit to the opponent’s camp in case of merging. Summons a Spirit that gives extra SP in co-op mode.”

Lucy is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Buff type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Fever raises by 1 point after each instant kill. Surrounding characters get an instant kill chance and an increase to basic attack damage equal to the Fever stacked.”

Erica

Erica is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Magical type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Summons one extra character of random kind and grade in case of merging.” 

Green

Green is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Magical type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Can be merged with any character of the same grade. Grade of the merged character has a chance to go up by 1 or 2 steps.”

Liam

Liam is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as an Improve type. His unique trait reads as follows – “Increases own attack along with increase of the total grade of identical characters. Attack speed and crit buffs are applied once total grade exceeds 50.” 

Scarlet

Scarlet is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Magical type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Causes action-blocking state at the opponent’s field upon her merge. Prevents monsters from moving in Party Mode.”

Stella

Stella is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Magical type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Can turn into a random character of +1 grade after a certain time upon appearing on the field. Has a chance to create extra MP.” 

Ika

Ika is a Legendary grade character card that is classified as a Physics type. His unique trait reads as follows – “Increases own attack with each 1 second. Once the standby time is out, turns into a Supernova state with an extra attack increase and a range damage.”

Cage

Cage is a Heroic grade character card that is classified as a Physics type. His unique trait reads as follows – “Has a chance to create SP during an attack.”

Ray

Ray is a Heroic grade character card that is classified as a Magical type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Summons an attacking laser drone every 5th attack. Drone inflicts damage of 10 attacks while active.”

Marcia

Marcia is a Heroic grade character card that is classified as a Magical type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Attacks monster with high-voltage bullets. The higher the character grade, the more monsters are affected.”

Nana

Nana is a Heroic grade character card that is classified as a Magical type. Her unique trait reads as follows – “Can be merged with any character of the same grade.”
