Yang Hyun-suk, founder of YG Entertainment, took to YouTube to discuss BLACKPINK’s future plans. The ambitious plans and world tours have enchanted fans around the world! BLACKPINK completed their final world tour, “Born Pink,” on September 17, 2023, at Seoul’s Gocheok Sky Dome, after 66 shows. 

They had been on the road for nearly a year, having performed their first gig on October 15, 2022. To commemorate the group’s ninth anniversary since its start, a film depicting the journey, “Blackpink World Tour [Born Pink] in Cinemas,” will be screened in over 110 countries commencing July 31, 2024. The film has limited seats, so book yours now if you plan to attend!

Apart from live concerts and tours, BLACKPINK is also turning 8 years old! The group’s manager has confirmed that all members will be present for a special fan meeting on 8 August 2024. This will be a fan meet and sign event, filled with exclusive merchandise and a chance to meet the members individually. The venue will most likely be Seoul Stadium, but further details are yet to be confirmed.
