Progressing in Dark Slayer: AFK RPG gets 100x easier if you simply follow the quests given by the developers. These quests also act like a personalized mission tab and tutorial to guide you regarding the different gameplay systems set in place. The rewards are also nothing to shy away from, offering players even higher incentive to complete the quests. Some of the content is also locked behind the number of quests you complete, forcing you to do them at a certain point anyways.
Tip #2. Summoning Better Items to Increase Power
Dark Slayer: AFK RPG has cleverly fused the gachapon systems to lure players to spend their earned currency to upgrade their current power levels. This upgrade comes in the form of summoning for higher rarity items such as Sword, Matchlock, Orb, Armor, and Relics. Each of these items provide a significant boost to your overall power levels. Players can also power up each of these items separately to gain more value in terms of stats from them. P.S, we would highly recommend summoning 11 items in a row from the Draw system to save 10% off the Diamond cost.
Tip #3. Advancing the Campaign
There are really no set guidelines on how you need to progress in Dark Slayer: AFK RPG outside of following the main quests. However, the core bottom line is to advance as far as possible in the campaign stages. This is required due to the fact that an increase in the amount of Idle rewards received is directly proportional to the campaign stage you are currently at. To advance in the campaign stages is not an easy task as it requires players to constantly upgrade their own squads power levels.
Tip #4. Clearing the Daily and Weekly Missions
Daily and Weekly missions are the key to get continuous rewards each day of the week in Dark Slayer: AFK RPG. These missions are infinitely repeating and offer a generous sum of rewards. Daily missions are those missions that repeat on a daily basis. Check them out:

Tip #5. Making Judicious Use of the Awakening System
One of the strongest ways to tackle bosses is by making the correct use of the Awakening system. The Awakening system is a unique way to increase your power levels temporarily for a specific duration of time. You can see the Awakening button on the left-hand side of the menu. When it glows, it means that your characters have generated enough rage bar to trigger the Awaken mode. During this mode, all the characters in your party will experience a temporary increase in Attack and Attack speed. This effect starts the instant you press the Awaken button but only lasts for a short duration such as 60 seconds. This can be quite helpful when you are dealing with tough bosses or having difficulty in normal wave clears.
