Monster Super League is one of the most coveted hero-collector RPGs to ever grace the mobile gaming industry. Running strong for more than 8 years now, its beloved enterprise has left many nostalgic even on mentioning the game. Featuring cute, yet charming monsters called “Astromons”, the game has roped in dozens of fans in its franchise. Monster Super League is available to be downloaded and installed as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.

In this tier list for Monster Super League, we will be listing some of the best Astromons to summon and use in formations. Due to the nature of the game, the higher the base rarity of the astromons, the higher they will be ranked on the tier list. Further, ranking criteria also takes into account their abilities, skills, and role fulfilment.

S Tier Astromons

Let’s take a look at some of the astromons in this tier:

ODIN

Odin is a Dark elemental 5-Star Astromon that is classified as a Balanced type. Her description reads as follows – “Her calling was short and to the point: “Do what you want.” Thanks to the knowledge hidden beneath her eye, she had the access to know anything she wanted at any time. The combination of her unique calling and wisdom made her into something brand new, not bound by cause and effect. As she was let free into the world, she began to carve out her own way.” Her 1st active ability Battle Rush states as follows – “Attacks restore 20(+5) % of own HP and SP.” Her 2nd active ability Defense Down does as follows – “Grants an 80(+20) % chance to reduce the enemy’s defense for 3 turn(s).”

SUPER MIHO

Super Miho is a Dark elemental 4-Star Astromon that is classified as a Tank type. Her description reads as follows – “The girl who locked eyes with Master smiled widely. Master also smiled widely. So, I made it so the girl couldn’t see Master’s face anymore. Master complimented another girl for being fast. So, I made it so she couldn’t run anymore. Master pat another one on the head for doing a good job.” Her 1st active ability Aggression states as follows – “Attack power becomes proportional to own max HP.”

DRAKA

Draka is a Fire elemental 5-Star Astromon that is classified as an Attacker type. His description reads as follows – “Her calling was short and to the point: ” Still, the theory does have merit. Empathy is, after all, an ability developed for the purpose of living in groups and societies. Nothing that is weak, whether human or otherwise, can survive on its own, and so we all gather together and cooperate to survive. Super Succubus is a Light elemental 4-Star Astromon that is classified as a Tank type. Her description reads as follows – “”Whose turn is it to choose our vacation spot?”

“Succubus, no? ‘Cause Leon chose last time, right?”

“Oh, that’s right. Su, where do you wanna go?”

“Is it really okay for me to decide…?”

“Yeah, everyone gets a turn, and now it’s yours. Don’t worry so much.”

PERSEPHONE

Persephone is a Water elemental 5-Star Astromon that is classified as an Attacker type. His description reads as follows – “She carefully cut off the corner of the staff. She had forgotten this sensation, but it was slowly coming back to her. It was a strange feeling, one that couldn’t be experienced anywhere around here… And yet she liked it. These trinkets are fit for the Queen of Hades and serve as a bridge between this world and the netherworld. The magic of Hades slowly started seeping back into Persephone’s body. Her powers that had weakened for so long in this world now had no limit.”

Her 1st active ability Adrenaline states as follows – “Attacks restore allies’ HP in an amount equal to 10(+5) % of own max HP.” Her 2nd active ability Petrification does as follows – “Grants a 80(+20) % chance to petrify target for 1 turn(s). Petrified foes cannot act, but have increased defense.” Persephone’s 1st passive ability Aggression does as follows – “When HP is at 50% or below, Attack power becomes proportional to own max HP.”

DRAKA

Draka is a Wood elemental 5-Star Astromon that is classified as a Tank type. His description reads as follows – “For the first few days, the boy waited for the Draka all day, and for several more days the boy could do nothing except cry. Left alone, the boy lay on the floor and stared at the claw mark on his hut’s wall. The Draka had made its mark there, and almost set the place on fire in the process. Was this all because the boy had refused Draka’s suggestion? There must have been some deeper reason. It’s not like they couldn’t spend time together if the boy remained human.” His 1st active ability Aggression states as follows – “Attack power becomes proportional to own max HP.”

ARTHUR

Arthur is a Water elemental 5-Star Astromon that is classified as an Attacker type. His description reads as follows – “It seemed like the holy sword had fallen into a deep slumber, never to be awoken again. Three steps toward the altar. His 1st active ability HP Siphon states as follows – “Attacks greatly restore one’s HP in proportion to the amount of damage dealt.” His 2nd active ability Stun does as follows – “Grants a 70(+10) % chance to stun the enemy for 2(+1) turn(s).”

B Tier Astromons

Let’s look at all of the astromons in this tier:

GARUDA

Garuda is a Light elemental 5-Star Astromon that is classified as an Attacker type. His description reads as follows – “Garuda finally furled its battle-worn wings and laid itself down in the ruins after many days of fierce battle. It battled countless powerful foes across the continent, and was now left with just as many scars, which it considered as proof of its victory. However, those scars left it worn and exhausted, so much so that it could not even unfold its own wings.” His 1st active ability Shock states as follows – “Grants an 80(+10) % chance to shock target for 2 turn(s). Shocked foes cannot act and have reduced defense.” His 1st passive ability Predator does as follows – “Critical hits increase damage dealt by 25%.”

MAMMONT

Mammont is a Fire elemental 4-Star Astromon that is classified as a Tank type. His description reads as follows – “Ugh, yet another useless agreement… With no one to keep them in check, they just do what they want. It’s not like they received approval from the goddess. They’re just a few powerful individuals who’ve come together and are acting like a government…They call themselves an ‘association,’ but they’re the strongest group in Latecia, extending even above the national level.”

His 1st active ability Taunt states as follows – “Grants an 80(+10) % chance to lower the enemy’s attack and draw its attention for 2 turn(s).” His 2nd active ability Adrenaline does as follows – “Attacks restore allies’ HP in an amount equal to 10% of own max HP.”

YAKSHA

Yaksha is a Wood elemental 4-Star Astromon that is classified as an Attacker type. His description reads as follows – “”Shingo, please… Stop talking about when I was young.”
