Chimera Clan Boss

The Chimera is a new Clan Boss with distinct combat mechanics and rewards. It will be available to all players level 33 and above. Of course, you must be a member of a Clan to battle it. There are six Difficulties that unlock sequentially as the Clan completes each one by reducing the Chimera’s HP to zero through collaborative efforts. Doing so will result in double awards for all Clan members who delivered enough damage to qualify.

Chimera Raids start every Friday at 11:30 UTC and last six days. The reset occurs between Thursday 11:30 UTC and Friday 11:30 UTC. As with other Clan Bosses, you will need Chimera Keys to access fights. All players get 2 chimera clan boss keys each week. The new boss offers lucrative rewards such as exclusive relics, fragments of a mythical champion, relic crafting materials.

Relics

Relics are a unique sort of Champion Equipment that differs from previously introduced items like Artifacts and Accessories. Relics are stored in a distinct tab of your Champion Collection. A Champion can only have one Relic equipped at a time, and it gives the wearer stat increases as well as a unique Ability. Each Relic is unique and has fixed stats. Relics can be produced on the new Forge tab utilizing Ocular Masses obtained from battling the Chimera.

A Relic’s Level can be increased by spending a new resource called Starstones. A Relic’s Rank can also be boosted by sacrificing other Relics or utilizing another new resource, Basalt. By raising a Relic’s Level and Rank, its stats rise, new substats become available, and its Ability improves. Relics have 1-4 Sockets, depending on their rarity, which can be filled with Gemstones to grant extra passive abilities. Starstones, Basalt, and Gemstones will all be obtained when fighting the Chimera.
