Pokémon GO Nearby feature is being tested by beta users. It seems to be an improvement on the footsteps feature recently removed from the popular augmented reality app. Now you will be able to explore Nearby Pokémon at PokéStops on a convenient map of your location. Blundered and late, but a necessary feature many users have been crying for within the game. Hopefully Niantic listens to users about this and other features as developers are eager to supplement them with maps and even alerts such as the new PokéLoké nearby alerts app for Pokémon GO. The feature is not widely launched to all users yet… stay posted to this blog to find out when!
