New SSR Case – Gryph
Gryph is the new SSR case being added to the game with the Guidance of the Holy Lance update. Her description reads as follows – “In the Holy Knights of the Augustine Empire, there is such a quirky Knight. On one hand, she is serious and very responsible; on the other hand, she is easily excited and has a slight tendency towards self-abuse… Her name is Gryph.”
Gryph is one of those cases that does not rely much on her abilities but on her normal attacks. It is advised to take her up to 4 stars to get the enhanced normal attack variant. Gryph is also a great supportive tank that can increase her own stats as her HP falls off on top of providing additional damage mitigation to all allies. Further, even if her health goes low, she can get a fat shield equal to 50% of her MAX HP. Check out all of Gryph’s active and passive abilities:
Oath Gun (Normal Attack) – Gryph charges forward, dealing 129% Magic DMG to a single row of enemies, with additional True DMG equal to 30% of each target’s Max HP. The True DMG does not exceed 600% of Gryph’s ATK.
Radiant Incarnation (Active Skill) – Gryph uses all her magic to attack, dealing Magic DMG of 349% ATK to a row of enemies. Gryph gains [Radiance] for 2 rounds. She deals extra True DMG equal to 50% of her lost HP plus 50% of her current Shield points (up to 100% of her Max HP). This skill has an additional 50% Crit Rate and Crit Strength.
Discipline (Passive Skill) – Gryph focuses her magic on the surface of her body. For every 1% of HP lost, her ATK, Armor, and RES increase by 1%. All allies gain a 20% DMG Reduction for 2 rounds. When HP drops below 50% for the first time, Gryph gains a Shield equal to 50% of Max HP. Can be triggered 1 time per battle.
Atheism (Affection Skill) – The first time HP falls below 50%, increase Attack by 50% for the whole battle.
Vibration Arms (Blazing Sun Incarnate) – Gryph’s wrath purges the evil. When casting a skill, she additionally grants herself a Shield equal to 30% of Max HP. At the start of the battle, Gryph’s ATK increases by 30%, lasting for the entire battle.
