Lord of Heroes - New Hero Water Bianca, Dark Astrid, and Mercenary Training Grounds
Lord of Heroes, the popular turn-based RPG developed by CloverGames is pushing out new collectible heroes and content regularly with their consistent updates. They recently posted their latest update for the game on their official blog website. This is the latest patch coming for the game introducing different heroes, new main story content, more summer-themed costumes, new content called mercenary training grounds as well as new events.
This Patch sees the release of the popular teased hero “Bianca”, a 4-Star Water elemental Sniper class hero who will be available to recruit via purchasing his special package from the in-game shop. New hero Dark Astrid which was teased in the last patch will also be getting added to the in-game chronicles and available to be recruited by anyone using 77 million gold. Dark Astrid is considered to be one of the best heroes in recent releases and hence, the expensive price. New content called Mercenary Training Grounds will be opening with the update which will let players farm replica chests after using 10 of their rechargeable tickets. These tickets will be used to enter the new area Mercenary Training Grounds. The new chapter in the elite story Part 2 will be opening with fresh new stories and missions. New costumes which are summer-themed for Walther and Helga are going to be available to buy using Temporal Threads in the Boutique. Let’s get into the details of this update.
New Heroes Water Bianca and Dark Astrid
Players have finally been given the much-anticipated Bianca hero skills and introduction. Bianca is the newest hero joining Lord of Heroes and we are currently getting the Water elemental version of it. Her description reads “As a distant descendant of Rosanna and the recognized successor to Isola, Bianca is the nation’s brightest rising star. Although technically from a collateral line of the Devicci family, she quickly caught the eye of Rosanna, who ensured she grew up with a proper education, where she developed her principles and values.
She is calm and collected in all she does, and very rarely does she lose her composure.”
Water Bianca is a 4-Star Water elemental unit from the Sniper class. She is a pure Supporter type unit as her skills are excellent for boosting allies’ action gauge. She does this with her basic skill as well as her ultimate. She can also be a great support for DPS heroes with her increased critical hit damage buff she provides to all allies. Water Bianca is expected to be a top-tier hero for PvP as well as PvE stages. Players can recruit by purchasing her directly from the in-game shop via her special hero package. Water Bianca’s 1st skill Ready.Aim.Fire is a single targeted damaging skill that has an 80% chance to boost all allies ‘ action gauge by 20%. This skill also provides a 108 Burst gauge. Her 2nd skill Quadroblast is also a single targeted damaging skill that has a 50% chance to steal one of the recent buffs applied on the enemy target. This skill also increases all allies’ critical hit damage for 2 turns. Her 3rd skill or her burst skill Starfall Cascade is an AOE damaging skill that boosts all allies’ action gauge by 20% flat. This skill costs 4 Spirit Cost. We recommend running Water Bianca on as high a Speed as possible so that she can take multiple turns to boost allies’ action gauge. Players can build her rest as a pseudo-DPS or full tank support for the rest of the stats.
Take a look at Water Bianca’s skills in detail-
Ready.Aim.Fire: Attacks the selected enemy. 80% chance to increase allies’ action gauge by 25%.
Quadroblast: Attacks the selected enemy. 50% chance to steal 1 of the most recent buffs applied to the enemy. Increases allies critical hit damage for 2 turns.
Starfall Cascade: Attacks all enemies. Fills all allies’ action gauge by 20%.
Devicci’s Successor – Increases Health by 5%.
Fleet Commander – Decreases damage from earth-elemental enemies by 5%.
Dark Astrid is a 5-Star Dark elemental hero from the Striker class. She is the dark elemental version of the hero Astrid. Her description reads – “Y’know, I used to see the world in a certain way. This ain’t the world I’m from, right? It feels a lot more like a game than anythin’, so much so that I always thought of other people as NPCs—game characters. That stopped me from gettin’ close to them. I thought their words and reactions were all just programmed. They didn’t feel real.”
Dark Astrid is a great DPS warrior type of unit that can take multiple turns in a single turn with her basic skill. She possesses a new type of buff called Divine Luck which gives Dark Astrid a 25% chance to get another turn. She also has a new buff called Berserk where she loses her health by 10% every turn but increases her Attack and Defense by 30% instead. She can also boost her attack up to 3 times by 20% each using her ultimate/burst skill. Her 1st skill Hit It! Is a single targeted damaging skill that grants her a leech buff for 2 turns and a Divine Luck buff for 2 turns if the attack lands as a critical hit. Her 2nd skill is Sick Em! Is also a single targeted damaging skill that reduces the enemy target’s action gauge by 50% and grants Dark Astrid a Berserk buff for 2 turns. Her Burst skill Party Time! Is a single targeted damaging skill that boosts her own attack by 20% and can be stacked up to 3 times. However, these stacks and buffs will be lost once the enemy wave is cleared.
