The storyline of Dragon Nest 2: Evolution features the mythical world of the Dragon Valley, a magical land created by the Goddess Altea, and endowed with harmony and peace along the way. Enters Vestinel, the envious sister of the Goddess Altea, who poised her drink and made her fell into a deep sleep. Since her rule, mankind has become vested with vengeance, chaos, and destruction. Unleashing powerful dragons to assist her and establish her rule, Vestinel cowered at the onlookers. A group of chosen adventurers then rose among the ranks and slayed the dragons, hence earning the name “Dragonslayers”. They also helped revive the Altea once again and established peace on the continent. Now, 13 years later, the dragons seem to have emerged again out of nowhere and continue their ferocious attacks on the magical land that just gained peace.
