Every 15s fires a Lv.1 special barrage that inflicts Armor Break for 6s to enemies (barrage DMG is based on the skill’s level).

Chang Chun

Chang Chun is a 5-star-grade character from the Dragon Empery faction. Her 1st active ability, White Tiger’s Prance, states that Chang Chun provides 1 Missile Strike charge. Decreases the duration this ship Burns by 3s and decreases her Burn DMG taken by 5.0%. Every 15s, fires a Lv.1 special barrage that increases Torpedo DMG taken by 8.0% for 6s to enemies hit.

Kagerou

Kagerou is a 5-star-grade character from the Sakura Empire faction. Her 1st active ability, Double Torpedo, states that when this ship fires its Torpedoes, there’s a 15% chance to launch a second wave of Torpedoes. This skill starts on cooldown, and the timer is 10 seconds. Her 1st passive ability, Torpedo Command: Vanguard, states that it increases the TRP of your Vanguard by 5%. Does not stack with the same skill.

Bismarck Zwei

Bismarck Zwei is a 6-star-grade character from the Iron Blood faction. Her 1st active ability, Reborn Temple of Iron, states that when a fleet this ship is NOT in starts a battle, and while this ship is still afloat, it fires an Lv.1 supporting barrage 18s after the battle starts (DMG is based on the skill’s level). If the Flagship of that fleet is an Iron Blood ship, it also increases the AVI of that fleet’s Iron Blood CVs and CVLs by 5%.

Cheshire

Cheshire is a 6-star-grade character from the Royal Navy faction. Her 1st active ability, Bounce Right Back+, states that she decreases the loading time of this ship’s first 2 waves of torpedoes by 40%. When this ship takes DMG, there is a 15% chance to increase this ship’s FP, EVA, and AA by 1% until the end of the battle. It can be stacked up to 3 times. While this ship’s HP is at 80% or higher increases this ship’s DMG dealt with torpedoes by 4%.

Essex is a 6-star-grade character from the Royal Navy faction. Her 1st active ability, Valorous Avengers, states that when this ship launches an Airstrike, it launches an additional Lv.1 TBF Avenger airstrike that causes Flooding DoT to enemies hit by their torpedoes (Flooding DMG is based on this ship’s AVI stat and the skill’s level.) Also increases this ship’s DMG to enemy BBs (but not BCs or BBVs) by 4%.

Minato Aqua

Minato Aqua is a 6-star-grade character from the Hololive faction. Her 1st active ability, Promise to the Sunflowers, states that when entering battle, she fires a special barrage with a 100% critical hit chance (damage scales with skill level). If the fleet consists of at least 2 other Hololive ships, it improves the barrage.

Kawakaze

Kawakaze is a 5-star-grade character from the Sakura Empire faction. Her 1st active ability, Lunga Point’s Strike+, states that she increases your Sakura Empire DDs’ DMG dealt against CLs, CAs, and CBs by 5%. Every 5 times, this ship fires her Main Guns: fires a Lv.1 special barrage (DMG is based on the skill’s level) and decreases this ship’s DMG taken by 15% for 3s.

Shimakaze

Shimakaze is a 5-star-grade character from the Sakura Empire faction. Her 1st active ability Within the Thunder’s Roar states that she increases this ship’s Accuracy by 5% and decreases her damage taken from torpedoes by 10%. While this ship is afloat when a fleet this ship is NOT in engages in battle:

• Increase TRP for all DDs in that fleet by 1% for the entire battle.
• 30s into that battle, fire a supporting torpedo barrage (damage is based on the skill level).

B Tier Characters

Natori is a 5-star-grade character from the Sakura Empire faction. Her 1st active ability, Hiranuma’s Protection, states that when the battle starts, she deploys a barrier (lasts 20s) that can negate up to 5% of this ship’s max HP in DMG. For the first 30s of battle, when this ship fires her Main Guns: fires an additional Lv.1 supporting barrage from battleship Hiranuma (DMG is based on the skill’s level). While this ship is afloat, it decreases your CLs’ DMG taken by 4.5%.

Kashino

Kashino is a 5-star-grade character from the Sakura Empire faction. Her 1st active ability, Robust Balkasts, states that for the first 3 battles of a sortie, this ship fights in decreases the Main Gun DMG this ship takes by 1%. If there are 2 (or more) Sakura Empire ships in the same fleet as this ship, increase this ship’s Speed by 10.

THESEUS

Theseus is a 5-star-grade character from the Royal Navy faction. Her 1st active ability, Ariadne’s Conundrum, states that 3 seconds after the battle starts, or when this ship launches an airstrike, it launches an additional Lv.1 special airstrike (DMG is based on the skill’s level). Increases this ship’s DMG dealt by 5% against enemies that have been afloat for 10s or longer.
