In this guide, we will be sharing some helpful tips and tricks to expedite your account progression and increase character power level. Let’s begin!

Tip #1. Choose your Class Wisely!

Many new players might not be aware how mobile MMORPGs work. In essence, you are required to make a choice of selecting 1 class out of 7 given at the starting of account creation. This character you choose will represent a virtual avatar of yourself in-game. Players can choose the gender and other visual aspects of the character, tailored to their needs. 

Each class essentially is a unique character of their own with different active and passive abilities. Learn more about each classes individual playstyle and compare it to your preferences. For example, if you prefer dealing damage to enemies from long range, then you might prefer choosing the Gunner class over a melee class like Orcs.

Tip #2. Focus on Completing Main Quests 

Many players might feel they are stuck in a particular area or quest. This is fairly common among mobile MMORPGs as they are tailored to be more auto-friendly. The main quests are located on the left-hand side of the main menu, and they indicate the things players need to do next in order to progress. You can simply tap on the quest, and your character will automatically pursue the quest location, travelling on their own. 

Focus on completing these initial main quests first, since they unlock new game modes as well as provide additional rewards. These quests are far easier than you might think, and many of them ask for mundane tasks such as delivering items to NPCs, clearing monsters, or enhancing your character power level.

Tip #3. Summon Strong Sprites

Your character power level is defined by a single cumulative number of all stats. It is officially known as “Battle Rating (BR)” in Forgotten Throne. Players can enhance this number by not only having powerful equipment on their characters but by also having a large arsenal of high-quality sprites. Sprites are your trusted battle companions that boast amazing active abilities that can be used on a specific cooldown. These companions come in different rarities, and can be hatched from eggs in the Hatch system. You can choose to train them as well, enhancing their base stats and increasing their ability skills. 

Tip #4. Advance in the Mirror Realm

The Mirror Realm is one of the more challenging game modes in Forgotten Throne. Unlike traditional MMORPGs, this game is more tailored towards casual players, and this can be seen with the addition of “Idle Rewards”. These rewards can be claimed by players from the Mirror Realm. The quality of these AFK rewards directly depends on the amount of progression you have made in the Mirror Realm. The resources included in the rewards are silver, experience, sprite EXP, and more. The AFK rewards only stack up to 24 hours, so make sure to claim them once per day.  

The Mirror Realm also offers multiple sets of rewards, depending on how far you can clear the individual boss stages in Necropolis and Frostbite Highlands. There are a total of 10 stages in both boss dungeons, and they increase in difficulty the higher you go. Players can see the recommended BR level before even starting the fight. If your BR rating is lower than recommended, you will have a harder time defeating the boss in the given time limit. The rewards offered once you clear all the 10 stages are well worth the effort, since they provide you premium currency and eggs to hatch.

Tip #5. Experiment with Different Skills!

In Forgotten Throne, each class has access to hundreds of skills, depending on the secondary job they undertake later on. Players can only choose 4 skills out of all the unlocked ones. Be mindful about your choices but do not stress too hard on using specific skills. Changing your equipped skills is simple and doesn’t take much time. The best part? It’s completely free! Players can switch skills anywhere outside of battle situations. This is a great way to test out all the different skills and see which one’s are more effective according to your playstyle.
