Clara Active and Passive Skills
Clara is a 5-Star Physical elemental character that is following the Path of Destrcution. Clara can be often overlooked by many players as she is a Physical elemental character, much like the Main character. Hence, it does not make sense to recruit her in early game and put her on the team. However, the Main Character can be switched to a Fire elemental character after completing the Jarilo VI main story. Having Clara on the team can be very helpful as she is the stronger bruiser in the game. Every time you use her ultimate ability, she stacks damage reduction. On top of it, she deals a ton of damage to all enemies with her active ability.
Players can recruit Clara only through getting lucky on the Starter Warp Banner or the Normal Warp Banner as of now. Clara’s official in-game lore states as follows – “A shy young girl with no home, Clara had no choice but to join the prospectors to survive. She inadvertently reactivated a dormant relic from a past civilization — the robot Svarog. “To have a family.” This is Clara’s response when asked what she wishes for most. Before long, the usually self-servicing prospectors were united as one under the leadership of Svarog. Around the same time, a mysterious prospector was spotted in the Fragmentum, a red-hooded specter adept at retrieving rare relics from the most dangerous places. Terrified prospectors call this ghostly figure… the Bloody Rabbit.”
Here is a list of Clara’s skills: –
I Want to Help (Basic Ability)
Deals Physical DMG equal to 50/100/110% of Clara’s ATK to a single enemy.
Svarog Watches Over You (Active Ability)
Deals Physical DMG equal to 60/120/132% of Clara’s ATK to all enemies, and additionally deals Physical DMG equal to 60/120/132% of Clara’s ATK to enemies marked by Svarog with a Mark of Counter. All Marks of Counter will be removed after this Skill is used.
Promise, Not Command (Ultimate Ability)
After Clara uses Ultimate, DMG dealt to her is reduced by an extra 15/25/27%, and she has greatly increased chances of being attacked by enemies for 2 turn(s). In addition, Svarog’s Counter is enhanced. When an ally is attacked, Svarog immediately launches a Counter, and its DMG multiplier against the enemy increases by 96/160/173%. Enemies adjacent to it take 50% of the DMG dealt to the target enemy. Enhanced Counter(s) can take effect 2 time(s).
Because, We’re Family (Talent Ability)
Under the protection of Svarog, DMG taken by Clara when hit by enemy attacks is reduced by 10%. Svarog will mark enemies who attack Clara with his Mark of Counter and retaliate with a Counter, dealing Physical DMG equal to 80/160/176% of Clara’s ATK.
Small Price for Victory (Technique)
Immediately attacks the enemy. Upon entering battle, the chance Clara will be attacked by enemies increases for 2 turn(s).
Clara’s Traces
Traces are special abilities associated with a hero. The character needs to be ascended in order to maximize the use of their Traces. At different ascension, traces can be upgraded. While some are major upgrades that enhance the abilities themselves, others are minor traces that provide stat boosts. Traces are of the following types:
- Basic Attack (Active)
- Skill Attack (Active)
- Ultimate Attack (Active)
- Talent (Passive)
- Technique (Passive)
Here is a list of Clara’s traces –
Kinship (Major Trace) (Unlocks at A2)

Clara Eidolon Bonuses
Players who have played Genshin Impact might be familiar with the Constellation system where the characters acquire different abilities when you feed their duplicate copies into them. Honkai: Star Rail has a similar system but it’s named “Eidolon” in the official in-game terminology. As you summon a duplicate character from the Warp system, they will be converted into an Eidolon for the character that can be enhanced up to 6 times. Each enhancement provides an upgraded ability or add-on effect to existing abilities. The 3rd and the 5th Eidolon enhancements always add base stat and ultimate ability boosts, respectively.
Eidolon advancements are tough for free-to-play players to obtain as they require a lot of summoning. Being a hero collector RPG, you will get many of them as you simply play and progress.
Here are the different Eidolon advancements for Clara:
A Tall Figure (Eidolon Level 1)
Using Skill will not remove Marks of Counter on the enemy.
A Tight Embrace (Eidolon Level 2)
After using the Ultimate, ATK increases by 30% for 2 turn(s).

Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
Long Company (Eidolon Level 6)
After other allies are hit, Svarog also has a 50% fixed chance to trigger a Counter on the attacker and mark them with a Mark of Counter. When using Ultimate, the number of Enhanced Counters increases by 1.
Clara Light Cones, Relic, and Planetary Ornament Recommendations
Clara is a Destruction type DPS-heavy character that benefits from core stats such as Attack%, Critical Hit Rate%, and Critical Hit Damage%. We would highly recommend to build her with extra Physical damage as it will boost her overall damage from abilities. Being a bruiser, having some extra Health and Defense on Clara is not a bad option at all.
Here are the Light Cone recommendations for Clara:
Something Irreplaceable (5-Star Light Cone) – Increases the wearer’s ATK by 24/28/32/36/40%. When the wearer defeats an enemy or is hit, immediately restores HP equal to 8/9/10/11/12% of the wearer’s ATK. At the same time, the wearer’s DMG is increased by 24/28/32/36/40% until the end of their next turn. This effect cannot stack and can only trigger 1 time per turn.
The Moles Welcome You (4-Star Light Cone) – For every Basic ATK, Skill, and Ultimate used by the wearer, the wearer gains one stack of Mischievous. Each stack increases the wearer’s ATK by 12/15/18/21/24%.
Here are the Relic recommendations for Clara:
Champion of Streetwise Boxing (4-Set): After the wearer attacks or is hit, their ATK increases by 5% for the rest of the battle. This effect can stack up to 5 time(s).
Here are the Planetary Ornament recommendations for Clara:
Space Sealing Station (2-Set): Increases the wearer’s ATK by 12%. When the wearer’s SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer’s ATK increases by an extra 12%.
