Honor of Heirs is a mobile MMORPG that lets us choose between three different playable classes before starting our adventure. And while three classes doesn’t sound like much, at least when compared to other games in the genre, each of these can also branch out into two other specialties, expanding the amount of classes to a total of six, which is a more exciting number.

Of note here is the Warrior, which is the most beginner-friendly class in the game, along with the Berserker, which has a similar play style but is much stronger. In addition, both the Hunter and Magician offer exceedingly strong burst DPS and AoE damage, respectively, making them a prime choice for starters.

• Assassin

• Ranger

While the Assassin can be quite strong in burst damage, it’s forced to fight in melee range which, combined with its meager defenses, can make it a bit challenging to play, compared to the Warrior. The Ranger is here because, while it’s similar to the Hunter, it’s also a bit weaker, being the base class for the latter.

Honor of Heir Classes B Tier

• Elementalist

• Paladin

The Paladin is a strong class and is the only tanking option in the game. However, its heavy emphasis on defenses make it difficult for this class to actually deal damage, making it into a bit of a slog to play as, unless you’re always grouped up with friends or other players. The Elementalist, on the other hand, is here as the base spellcaster class who is yet to transition into their specialization.

Honor of Heir Classes C Tier

• Sage

The Sage is here not because it’s bad, but because they offer tons of support by buffing allies and crippling enemies, while also forgoing their own offensive potential. As such, they’re not very good for soloing content, and often rely on playing with a party or a group in order to clear content efficiently. Nevertheless, the fact that they’re the only support class in the game makes them a vital part of any group composition, which means that Sages are always in high demand.

Which Honor of Heirs Class Should You Pick?

While this tier list is intended to give you an idea of how each class will fare when going up against the enemies and bosses in Honor of Heirs, these are far from being the only viable ways to play this game. Even the Sage class, which we’ve placed in the lowest tier due to its focus on supporting and debuffing, is more than capable of soloing content. However, there are some classes that are obviously better than others, being able to defeat enemies with less effort.

With that being said, there’s really no true BEST class in Honor of Heirs, and you should always pick whatever class suits your fancy. Nevertheless, if you’re a beginner and want to get a good start, then there are some classes that will make it easier for you to learn the ropes.

These are the classes that, due to their defenses and high HP, in the case of the Warrior and Berserker, or their powerful ranged attacks in the case of the Magician and Hunter, are the best classes for newcomers to the game. Nevertheless, as we mentioned just now, all the classes in this game are perfectly viable and capable of clearing the entirety of the game’s content.
