Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade Guide to Maximize Progression
Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade is a brand-new turn-based RPG that is officially licensed to use characters from the Jujutsu Kaisen anime/manga IP. Players can collect and use their favorite characters in strategic battles such as Yuji Itadori, Gojo Satoru, and more. As a new player, it might be confusing to figure out how to level up your heroes and progress the right way for optimal growth. This guide helps you learn about the power-up mechanics available in the game to not only empower heroes but also to streamline your progression.
Overview of Progression Guide
Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade is a live-service game wherein players can get tons of resources by simply completing daily missions and events. Apart from that, you will need to utilize these sources carefully and invest them in potentially strong characters. Players can refer to our tier list to learn more about the strongest characters in the game. While there are a lot of things to do in-game, our focus for beginners will lie on the following topics:
- Rerolling and Summons
- Main Story
- Grade Enhancement Resources
- Beacons
- Levelling Up Collection Bits
- Dispatch and Stroll
Rerolling and Summons
The rerolling procedure in Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade is rather irritating, but the good news is that the game provides you a free Redrawable Gacha Ticket that allows you to choose any character from the main pool. Use the Ticket to obtain Satoru Gojo.
After that, collect all of your rewards and easy missions, then use your Cubes to summon the rate-up banner. The goal here isn’t to get SSR Yuji, who isn’t particularly powerful in the meta, but to get the SR versions of Nanami and Yaga. Yaga is an absolute must-have because he is the best debuffer in the game. If SR Nanami is unavailable, Yuki’s R or SR versions will suffice.
Main Story
If you’re a new player who’s wanting to play the game in a F2P fashion, then your next target should be to progress in the main storyline as far as possible to reap massive amounts of resources as rewards. Ensure you’re having a higher CP (Combat Power) than your enemies as a lower stat will decrease your chances of victory. You can do so by leveling up your heroes, equipping them with strong gear, and unlocking apt collection bits to engrave on them. Once your entire party of 4 heroes is powered up, you should be able to simply auto the stages.
Grade Enhancement Materials
When you hit a wall in your primary story advancement, it’s time to revisit Grade Enhancement. You’ve probably reached the level max with Gojo by now, so you should buff him up a little more. You should have unlocked additional material farm missions by progressing through the tale, so go to Gojo’s Grade Enhancement page, check what materials you need, and then click on them to identify the stages you need to farm. The best aspect of farming these materials is that once you have acquired 3 stars on a stage, you will unlock the ability to sweep them in a jiffy and claim all the resources.
Beacon
As you go through the main storyline and gain strength, you will most likely encounter a bottleneck in your Beacons of Training. Continue on through the main story until you reach the training quests, which allow you to farm resources for experience and leveling materials for your Recollection Bits. Concentrate on experience first, and aim to get everyone to their level caps.
Level Up Recollection Bits
It’s time to finally look at Recollection Bits. Make sure that each character has at least one Recollection Bit, and then prioritize leveling them for Gojo, Yaga, and your important characters. For those unaware, these recollection bits act similar to gear as they provide generous amounts of stats to the heroes. Similar to the Beacons of Training, you can cultivate Recollection Bit resources via training quests. Spend all of your AP on this to give your group a massive power increase, then continue with the main story.
Dispatch and Stroll
After completing Chapter 3 of the main story tasks in Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade, you should have acquired the Dispatch feature and the Cursed Strolls. These are Phantom Parade’s idle game components, and you’ll send characters out to explore places before returning to gather free resources. Ensure to keep checking on them and claim the AFK resources or else they will overflow and get capped at a certain point. Players can get tons of grade enhancement and level up materials by claiming these resources.
Playing Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade on your PC or Laptop with BlueStacks without worrying about battery drainage is highly recommended.
