Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade Map Event Guide and Tips
Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade has recently started a worldwide collaboration with the movie from the same IP titled “Jujutsu Kaisen: 0”. Players can play through the massive event currently running and reap some amazing rewards including a free SSR recollection bit. This guide will provide a showcase of the different event stages and event rewards that all players can play through and claim. Let’s begin!
Overview of the Map Event in Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade
The Map event in Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade can already be seen live in-game as it started on 25th November and runs till 25th December. With exactly a month’s time in hand, players can easily claim all the major rewards from the event shop without breaking much sweat. The core premise of the event is simple. Players need to participate in different event battles on 3 distinct maps, each having their own mechanics. After successfully winning a battle, you will be granted an event currency called “Exorcism Medals”. These medals can be exchanged in the event shop for some amazing rewards.
The event maps are unique and designed to pose a challenge to players. It’s not your mindless auto-battling as players will need to focus on strategizing team compositions for each map. There will be many areas on the map that will be locked or hidden by Seals and Curtains. Players will need to find the unlock conditions for these areas in order to get extra rewards and complete the event. The area available to be explored in each map will expand according to the time passed during the event, giving players more clues about which objects are hidden.
The Event Map
The event map is one large area wherein players can identify different stages. The entire map is divided into 3 types of stages – event battles, story stages, and challenges. The event battles refer to the normal combat stages that have no conditions except to defeat the enemies presented to you. Like normal battles, you will be able to strategize before the match even begins as the preview gives note of the enemies as well as recommended CP.
In the story stages, the scenario is different as players will not need to battle anything but simply view the story of the event as it unfolds. These stages are a 1-time clear and players cannot get event currency by repeatedly viewing the story. As a note, you can also skip the story but the stage will be considered cleared.
Lastly, the challenge stages are the hardest part of the event. Many of these stages pose difficult conditions under which you need to create a team and defeat the enemies. The conditions are different each time and can even alter the weather of the battle stage. Winning in these stages not only gives you tons of event currency but also helps you complete some event missions for additional rewards. Like story stages, players can only complete these challenges one time.
Event Missions
If you were looking for some extra rewards and event currency to bolster your progress in the map event, then ensure you have completed all the event missions. They are located on the left-hand side of the event screen and offer valuable insights on what you need to do. The event missions are divided into daily missions and normal missions. The former update on a daily basis and players can repeatedly complete them each day. The latter are fixed and remain active till the end of the event. They are as follows:
