Tip #1. Focus on Upgrading the Town Center First!

The Town Center is the centremost building in your settlement. It governs every aspect of management and the rest of the buildings are connected to it. For instance, you cannot upgrade any other building to their maximum level without upgrading the Town Centre first. You need to constantly check the upgrade conditions of the Town Centre and work towards them slowly. In the beginning stages, these conditions are quite lax and it’s easy to gain progression. However, as you upgrade it to a sufficient level, the upgrade time increases as well, making it harder to track progression.

Tip #2. Keep Upgrading your Heroes

One of the more underlying gameplay mechanics in Kingshot is the fact that it also has many RPG tropes such as levelling up heroes, ascending them to higher star value, and upgrading their skills. You can do each of these processes invidvidually by going to the hero section of the game. From there, select any individual hero to upgrade them. Levelling up your heroes directly increases their base stats such as Attack, Defense, and Health. Ascending heroes enhances their skills, base stats, and sometimes unlocks new skills. Upgrading the skills of your heroes enhances their utility such as damage multipliers, cooldown timers, and more.

Tip #3. Focus on Completing the Growth Missions

The growth missions are a great way to enhance player gameplay experience as they not only give you targets in the form of missions to complete but also reward you greatly according to the number of missions you complete. It is a 5-day long event wherein a set of missions unlock each day. Players can complete these missions under a specific period of time to get rewards for each mission individually. Many of these missions are simple to complete and include stuff that you would normally do anyways such as upgrading town centre levels.

Tip #4. Push Farther in Supress Stages!

The Suppress game mode in Kingshot gives you a guaranteed shot at getting lucrative resources that are otherwise tough to find. These stages can be cleared one at a time, with quality-of-life features such as 2X speed and auto battle unlocking as you clear more of them. This game mode let’s you devise a strategic team formation consisting of 6 distinct heroes. Each hero in the game has 2 sets of skills – exploration and suppress based. Since suppress is a turn-based game mode, each hero takes their turn just like enemies. As they take turns, their ultimate skill metre fills up, eventually making their icon glow at the bottom. Click on their glowing icon to cast their ultimate active skill.

Tip #5. Engage in Events to Get More Resources!

Since Kingshot is a live-service game, it also features a host of different events that give players amazing rewards for completing simple objectives. While many events are login-based and reward you with resources just for logging in to the game, others can be full-fledged mission oriented events that demand you to complete challenging tasks for generous rewards. Make sure to complete all events in the given time period to retain your rewards.
