Legend City is a base-building strategy game wherein the old order of Milosh City has fallen and it’s time for a new godfather to rise to power. Be the chosen heir and apparent successor of the city as you fight for power against other crime bosses in an immersive action-packed storyline. Understanding the Basic Gameplay Mechanics of Legend City

Legend City requires you to develop Milosh City in order to gain control, and along the way, you will hire Agents to help you retain your rule and explore the world outside your City. Whether exploring the waters or clamping down on looters, your Agents will be at the forefront of each operation. Train and equip your top agents to ensure they are always ready. You may even test your Agents against other players’ Agents to see how well they match up.

Do not worry, you will not be running the City alone, as you receive a charming Secretary as part of the starter package. Aside from handling day-to-day matters, you can even date your Secretary, which may lead to a more serious relationship. You don’t have to stop with just one Secretary; you can recruit additional for their “services” if you desire. Many of the early game missions even make it mandatory for the players to increase intimacy with their secretary. The entire game is divided into multiple chapters, each having a distinct storyline that culminates with a major plot arc. You will separate missions for each chapter, enabling you to focus on what’s important at the moment. 

You’ll need money to keep Milosh City under control. To make money, you must create housing and jobs. There should be some open area to the left of the City, and the game will first advise you to construct a Villa to accommodate new residents; this should not take long to finish. Later on, you will unlock dedicated buildings to generate certain items, but these are typically guarded by enemy creatures that must be eliminated before you can use them. Prioritize building a Department store to make some extra cash. Keep in mind that buildings come in 3 distinct types:

• Residential

• Commercial

• Entertainment/Tourist

All of the buildings can be upgraded to enhance their utility and produce more cash. All commercial buildings will make you profit as long as you are diligent enough to re-stock the supplies needed to run them. Restocking can be done in 2 ways – Cash or Diamonds. Diamonds are the premium currency in the game. 

If you opt to re-stock using cash, then the supplies will be re-filled for 1 day, but if you opt to re-stock using diamonds, the supplies will be re-filled for 3 days. Other options to make some more cash include the instant cash feature that can be used up to 10 times each day. You can also promote the building’s services using Diamonds that will help you generate more profit in the coming days. 

Reputation and Tax Revenue

Managing your city improves your reputation and tax income. If both values hit specified levels, you are eligible for a promotion, which increases your account rank. Promotions not only increase the amount of money your commercial buildings can hold while you are away, but they also allow you to modify and engage with more of the city. 

The game will often assign you daily chores connected to building your City so that you may continue to advance through the tiers. You will also receive a few rewards for accomplishing these daily activities. Oftentimes, you will encounter troublesome rioters that will hamper your reputation and in turn, damage your profits. You will need to hire Agents in order to keep them under control and protect Milosh City from going into complete unrest. 

The Gacha System of Legend City

Legend City enforces a strict gacha system via which players can get access to new Agents. It is called the “Agent Academy” and features multiple banners to make recruitment easier for players. Check them out below:

General Recruit: Players can obtain 1-4 star Agents via this recruitment banner. It will cost you Gold to summon on this banner. A total of 10 summons can be made each day on this banner.

Advanced Recruit: Players can obtain 2-5 star Agents via this recruitment banner. It will cost you special tickets to summon on this banner. You can either do a single pull or a 5-pull, as long as you have the tickets. This banner has a pity system wherein a 4-star agent is guaranteed to be summoned after 10 pulls. Players will get a single free pull each day on this banner. 

Honor Recruit: Players can obtain 2-6 star Agents via this recruitment banner. It will cost you Glory Cards to summon on this banner. You can either do a single pull or a 5-pull, as long as you have enough Glory Cards. This banner has no pity system.

Legend City is a live-service gacha game that uses many currencies to ensure players are tracked right in their progression and have some sort of limitations. Oftentimes, these currencies are scarce in nature, making you stuck in some quest due to lack of them.
