We suggest players install Refantasia: Charm and Conquer on PC with BlueStacks today, to make use of the full advantages of having the exclusive features that the platform provides. Refantasia will include gameplay mechanics that might prove to be too much trouble to perform during the later stages of your playthrough, but BlueStacks has the features that will assist the player to overcome them easily. Here are some of the things that you need to know about if it’s your first time playing the game.
Resource Collection
Resource collection and management is a key feature in any real-time strategy game with Refantasia: Charm and Conquer being similar in design to these types of games. In this game, there are four primary resources which are Gold, Food, Soldiers, and Crystals, which is the premium currency of this game. The first three are essential to the development of your kingdom and will be the biggest challenge that the player will face when they are looking to develop their kingdom.
There are many ways to gather resources in Refantasia: Charm and Conquer. These generally include collecting them manually and getting them from rewards. The fastest way to farm resources is to collect them manually inside your Kingdom’s Court, with players being able to collect them every minute or so. As your Kingdom Lord’s level grows and your follower’s influence becomes stronger, the number of resources that you can collect will also increase to accommodate your growing empire.
Adventure
Adventuring is another primary gameplay feature in the game, with players challenging the enemy empire’s armies and commanders using the army that they have available. As mentioned before, you can collect food and soldiers, which are necessary to stand up against your enemies. Having a large army is necessary to make sure that you can withstand multiple waves of enemies that they throw at you without suffering too many losses and eventually failing to make a stand.
Refantasia: Charm and Conquer doesn’t exactly have the best combat system in any video game because the game only really shows your army’s sprites colliding with the enemy. You’ll still need to put a bit of strategy into it since your army’s power value and followers’ military influence heavily affect the success rate of every adventure. At the end of every adventure chapter, you’ll be fighting a boss who can give a lot of rewards that you can use to develop your kingdom further.
Consorts & Heirs
Consorts are the main selling point of Refantasia: Charm and Conquer. As you may already have guessed, the Kingdom Lord is the ruler of the domain and is allowed to have as many consorts as they want. However, some consorts can only be acquired by specific means and they’ll need to be wooed by having their affection level raised before they accept being your consort. Once a character has been made in a consort, the player may take them on dates or make love to them in the game.
Heirs are a product of your physical relationship with your consorts. Whenever a player initiates a date with a consort, there is a small chance that you’ll be rewarded with an heir. The heir will be sent to the Heir Garden where the Kingdom Lord will help them develop from babies into adulthood. Once they have become adults, players can arrange for their heirs to get married to other players’ heirs to provide a mutual buff to both kingdoms once the ceremony has been completed.
Followers
Followers are non-romantic characters that the player can acquire which provide specific functions in their kingdom. They can be military commanders, artisans, politicians, and other types of specialized professions that will help develop their kingdom. Each follower will have a set value of attributes (Military, Trade, Craft, Charisma), oftentimes specializing in one of those attributes but some characters will have a balance of all four. Their attributes are instantly applied to your kingdom.
Players can develop their followers to become stronger or more influential to the kingdom. The first method is to level them up, which you can do by spending Gold to help them grow or by preparing them in the Training Fields. It’s important to help your followers grow and collect more followers as you become stronger because they are the core of your entire kingdom’s development. If you don’t upgrade all of them equally, you’ll have a kingdom with a very weak foundation in both the economic and military sectors.
The Kingdom
The Kingdom is your home. There are two parts to the kingdom which are the Citadel and the City Proper. The Citadel is where the player manages all of their stately affairs such as resource management and also interacts with their family (consorts and heirs). Important decisions are made in the Citadel that the Kingdom Lord needs to take care of regularly to make sure that the land is on the right path towards becoming the most prosperous in the server.
The City is where some of the overworld events are held such as the entrances to the World Boss, Arena, and Misty Fairyland. Miscellaneous activities can also be done here such as wandering around, which is important for discovering consort candidates and developing your affection for them. The most important features in the city are the Alliance Management building and the Training Fields, where you can develop your kingdom’s strategic strength even more.
