Scarlet Girls is a brand-new Idle RPG (Role-Playing Game) that features beautiful girl characters known as “Stellaris”. They come in different rarities, elements, and factions. In this tier list, we have curated a definitive list of the strongest characters available to be recruited at the time of global launch. We have taken into account several factors while curating the rankings, specifically the base rarity, element, and abilities offered by each of them. Check out the complete list below!

S Tier Characters

Tsubaki

Tsubaki is an SSR+ rarity Nebula elemental champion that is classified as an Assaulter type. Her 2nd active ability Dazzling Blossom states that Tsubaki deals physical damage equal to attack to all enemies, and applies a stack of Sakura Blossom to herself. This skill will be continuously used for the first 3 rounds. Her 1st active ability Nightfall Breeze states that Tsubaki deals physical damage to the enemy unit with lowest HP percentage. For each 1% decrease in the target’s HP, increases crit damage by 0.8%, up to a maximum of 40%. 

Solissa

Solissa is an SSR+ rarity Nebula elemental champion that is classified as an Assaulter type. Her 2nd active ability Waltz of Blades states that after dealing a basic attack, there is a 60% chance of triggering this ability. Solissa leaps and deals physical damage to the enemy unit with the lowest HP percentage. If the target’s HP is below 50%, increases the damage multiplier to 150%. Her 1st active ability Dawn Strike states that after dealing a basic attack, there is a 60% chance of triggering this ability. Solissa leaps and deals physical damage to the enemy unit with the lowest HP percentage and applying one stack of Fragile to the target. 

Vinessa

Vinessa is an SSR+ rarity Nebula elemental champion that is classified as an Assaulter type. Her 2nd active ability Supreme Posture states that Vinessa deals physical damage equal to 2 random enemies. Afterwards, there is a 60% chance of resetting the cooldown of this skill. When attacking an enemy afflicted with Debuffs, there is a 100% chance of resetting the cooldown. Her 1st active ability Judgement of the End states that Vinessa deals physical damage to the main target, and 2 adjacent enemy units, with each strike having a 75% chance of inflicting Fear debuff. If this skill lands on the enemy with the highest attack, 100% chance to inflict Silence on them. 

Charmilles

Charmilles is an SSR+ rarity Nebula elemental champion that is classified as a Devastator type. Her 2nd active ability Banish the Weak states that Charmilles deals energy damage equal to attack to all enemies. If the target’s HP is below 50%, the attack multiplier of this skill increases to 270%. Her 1st active ability Blade of Censure states that Charmilles deals energy damage to all enemies. For every debuff on the target, the attack multiplier of this skill increases by 7.5%, up to 100%.  

Askar

Askar is an SSR+ rarity Nebula elemental champion that is classified as a Support type. Her 2nd active ability Fatal Embrace states that Askar deals energy damage equal to attack to 3 random enemies. Afterwards, heals 3 allies with the lowest HP percentage, restoring their HP by 20% of her own MAX HP. Her 1st active ability Merciless Grace states that Askar deals energy damage to all enemies, and applies a 2-round Final Energy Damage decrease effect to the targets.

Evelyn

Evelyn is an SSR+ rarity Nebula elemental champion that is classified as a Support type. Her 2nd active ability Targeted Treatment states that after performing a basic attack, heals the ally with the lowest HP percentage for 10% of her own MAX HP, and extends self healing for 1 round. Her 1st active ability Increased Dosage states that Evelyn enters healing mode, recovering the health of the ally with the lowest HP percentage for 3 rounds. 

Leila

Leila is an SSR+ rarity Nebula elemental champion that is classified as an Assaulter type. Her 2nd active ability Soaring Dragon Punch states that Leila deals physical damage to a single enemy unit. If the target is a Paladin or Support class, there is an 80% chance of dealing additional physical damage. Her 1st active ability Assaulting Fist states that Leila deals physical damage to a single enemy unit. This attack ignores 25% of armor. 

Sefa

Sefa is an SSR+ rarity Nebula elemental champion that is classified as an Assaulter type. Her 2nd active ability Thorough Eradication states that Sefa deals physical damage to the 2 enemy units with the lowest HP percentage. This skill has a 65% chance of causing crit. After slaying a target, immediately uses this skill again. Her 1st active ability Earnest Attitude states that Sefa deals physical damage to all enemies. The ally with the highest attack gains Meticulous Devotion buff for 2 rounds.

Loree

Loree is an SSR+ rarity Nebula elemental champion that is classified as a Devastator type. Her 2nd active ability Energy Flare states that Loree deals energy damage equal to attack to all enemies. There is a 60% chance of applying Ash to each target. If the target is afflicted with Ignite, increases the chance of applying Ash to 80%. Her 1st active ability Intimidating Weapon states that Loree deals energy damage to 3 random enemy units. There is a 80% chance of applying Ignite to each target. If the target is affected with Ignite, there is an additional 35% chance of stunning the target. 

Selis

Selis is an SSR+ rarity Nebula elemental champion that is classified as a Paladin type. Her 2nd active ability Meowtivation states that Selis provides 25% damage reduction to herself and grants allies Vigorous Vitality buff for 3 rounds. Her 1st active ability Sneaky Agreement states that Selis gains a shield equal to 10% of MAX HP and grants 3 allies with the highest attack Final physical damage reduction for 3 rounds.  

B Tier Characters

Lilyer

Lilyer is an SSR rarity Nebula elemental champion that is classified as a Devastator type. Her 2nd active ability Swaying Echoes states that Lilyer deals energy damage equal to attack to 2 random enemy units. She gains a 33% armor pen boost before using this skill. Her 1st active ability Triumvirate Chivalry states that Lilyer deals energy damage to all enemies. If the target’s HP is above 70%, increases the damage multiplier to 100%.  

Purgatory Charlotte

Purgatory Charlotte is an SSR rarity Inferno elemental champion that is classified as a Paladin type. Her 2nd active ability Echo of Calamity states that Charlotte deals physical damage equal to attack to random enemy units. If a unit afflicted with Ignite is hit, gains a shield equal to 20% of self MAX HP for 2 rounds. Her 1st active ability Final Storm states that Charlotte deals physical damage to all enemies. There is a 60% chance of applying Ignite to each target. Afterward, gains Scarlet Flame, and the ally with the highest attack beside herself gains Flaming Bond.   

Muir

Muir is an SSR rarity Void elemental champion that is classified as a Devastator type. Her 2nd active ability Noisy Prohibition states that Muir inflicts energy damage on one enemy and 2 adjacent enemy units behind them. There is a 70% chance of inflicting final damage reduction for 2 rounds on the enemies hit. Her 1st active ability Wither Marking states that Muir deals energy damage to all enemies. There is a 60% chance of applying Poison debuff to the targets that get hit.
