Classes in Soul Chronicle akin to playing a whole different character. They are quite common in MMORPG titles. In Soul Chronicle, there are 4 main classes to choose from:

• Soul Slaying Officer
• Divine Warrior
• Demon Hunter
• Sorcerer

Players can choose any of the classes from the 4 listed above at the beginning of their account creation journey. It’s very important to choose the right class due to the limitation of being able to pick up only 1 class for the entirety of your journey. Hence, we would recommend playing a class that you will genuinely enjoy instead of simply following the meta. 

Soul Slaying Officer

The Soul Slaying Officer is a melee class in Soul Chronicle that features a variety of skills required to assassinate any opponent on the battlefield. They are akin to Thief/Assassins in other MMORPG titles as they fulfil a specific role – to hunt down and kill squishy enemies such as DPS characters. Players who like to be stealthy in their ways and hide from enemies are going to love playing Soul Slaying Officers. They are best known for having the potential to 1-hit KO a squishy enemy due to having a very high amount of burst damage in their abilities and base stats. Even their skills are loaded with high damage multipliers to kill enemies as fast as possible. To their disadvantage, they are quite nimble and prone to high damage themselves. 

Divine Warrior

The Divine Warrior is a melee class in Soul Chronicle that features a variety of skills that are required to tank for the team. They are simply built to lead the charge in any team they are a part of due to their innate tankiness and bulk. Divine Warrior’s have a high Health, Defense, and Attack stat line. Consider them like an all-rounder that are great to use in any situation. Players can expect a ton of fun as they delve deep into the battlegrounds and in the middle of the fights on their shiny horses by playing Divine Warrior. Sadly, they are not specific and cannot win a long-standing fight due to no sustain and lack of damage. Divine Warriors are very easy to play, and highly recommended for beginners.

Demon Hunter

The Demon Hunter is a ranged class in Soul Chronicle that has an exceptionally high amount of base Attack and base Speed. They are the primary damage dealers of any team composition, and are usually placed at the backline, to be protected at all costs. The Demon Hunters are mostly vulnerable to the Soul Slaying Officers due to the latter having a high amount of burst damage as well as the capability to get up close & personal which the Demon Hunters generally avoid dealing with. On the positives, they are relatively easy to pick up and play, but definitely more difficult to master. They are also having the highest DPS in the entire game out of any class, due to the sheer number of damage multipliers and attack speed stats that they are offered.

Sorcerer

The Sorcerer is a ranged class in Soul Chronicle that is gifted with an exceptional amount of magical damage output and agility. They are arcane spell users that have knowledge of all elements in nature. Sorcerers are best used as a pseudo DPS and support in team compositions. There have been many instances when a Sorcerer has out-damaged even Demon Hunters due to almost similar amounts of DPS numbers. Sorcerers are a great choice if you are looking for something unique and versatile, with the ability to fit in any team composition. They possess a wide variety of AOE-damaging abilities, making them more fruitful to use in early-mid game stages.
