Summoners War: Sky Arena – Best Natural 5-Star Monsters to Summon from Transcendence Scroll
If you’re a Summoners War: Sky Arena player, then you’re in for a surprise! The game is holding a new Transcendence Scroll event that guarantees a natural 5-Star monster to players upon successfully logging in for 60 days. Yes, the number of days might seem huge but this is the first time the game is being so generous as to give a natural 5-Star monster! Summoners War: Sky Arena is available to be downloaded as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
In this article, we will be listing some of the best natural 5-Star monsters that you can obtain through this event. Keep in mind that players can only get Fire, Water, and Wind elemental monsters from Transcendence Scrolls. Players can also get a Splendid Blessing of Summon by logging in for 50 days. This will help players to get more options to choose from while summoning their guaranteed natural 5-Star monster. If you do not own any of the monsters mentioned below and manage to summon them, they are going to be a great choice to add to your accounts. Let’s take a look at some of the best natural 5-Star monsters currently summonable.
Mo Long (Water Panda Warrior)
Mo Long is the Water elemental version of the natural 5-Star monster Panda Warrior. Players can acquire Mo Long only through summoning through the gacha system using Mystical Scrolls/Legendary Scrolls/ Summoning Stones/ Water Scroll/ Transcendence Scroll. Mo Long is currently one of the best water elemental damage dealers that has the potential to easily 1-shot any monster in the game with his 3rd skill Reckless Assault. This skill simply takes out 70% of the targeted enemy’s HP while he takes 15% of the damage back toward himself. Players can further punish many tanky team compositions with Mo Long.
Being required to be built tanky himself, Mo Long also shines in different tanky setups. Being primarily used in PvP content such as Guild Wars, Arena, and Real-Time Arena, Mo Long’s utility goes unnoticed in the PvE content of the game. His 2nd skill Dragon’s Dance states the following – “Attacks all enemies 3 times to inflict damage that increases accordingly to your MAX HP. The third attack removes a beneficial effect and stuns them for 1 turn with a 25% chance each.” Further, like all Panda Warrior’s in the game, his basic skill is a triple hitter where each hit has a 30% chance to decrease the defense of the enemy.
Karnal (Fire Slayer)
Karnal is the Fire elemental version of the natural 5-Star monster Slayer. Players can acquire Karnal only through summoning through the gacha system using Mystical Scrolls/Legendary Scrolls/ Summoning Stones/ Fire Scroll/ Transcendence Scroll. Karnal is another great counter to many speed team compositions as not only he’s very tanky but he also brings a lot of crowd control. His 3rd skill Sword Rain is an AOE-targeted damaging skill that deals damage to all enemies 3 times and the damage scales according to his own MAX HP.
Further, each hit has a 50% chance to decrease the Attack Bar by 15%, Stun the targets for 1 turn, and decrease their Attack Speed for 2 turns. With such a loaded skill set, he’s a go-to in many tanky anti-cleave compositions in PvP content. Karnal’s 2nd skill Sword of Gluttony states “Attacks the enemy 3 times, absorbing the Attack Bar by 20% each, and recovers your HP by 30% of the damage dealt. The damage of this attack is proportionate to your MAX HP.”
Seara (Wind Oracle)
Seara is the Wind elemental version of the natural 5-Star monster Oracle. Players can acquire Seara only through summoning through the gacha system using Mystical Scrolls/Legendary Scrolls/ Summoning Stones/ Wind Scroll/ Transcendence Scroll. Seara is one of the only monsters from the start of the game that has managed to stay relevant for over 7 years in both PvE and PvP content. Seara is considered a dream monster for many players as she can fit in any team composition and perform to her fullest ability.
Yes, she is a bomber that specializes in deploying bombs and exploding them with her 3rd ability. But she does not require any other monster to be able to be useful in teams. She’s quite self-sufficient. Her 2nd skill Fate of Destruction is a single-targeted skill that inflicts a Bomb + Continuous Damage debuff combo for 2 turns each. Players then gain an additional turn instantaneously. Seara’s 3rd ability Promised Time is an AOE-targeted damaging skill that detonates all Bomb debuffs on all enemies if this skill hits. Seara’s leadership skill is also one of the best in the game as it increases the Attack Speed of all allies by 24%.
Leo (Wind Dragon Knight)
Leo is the Wind elemental version of the natural 5-Star monster Dragon Knight. Players can acquire Leo only through summoning through the gacha system using Mystical Scrolls/Legendary Scrolls/ Summoning Stones/ Wind Scroll/ Transcendence Scroll. Leo is one of the only monsters in the game that can actively limit the speed of all monsters according to his own speed. During his release, he was touted as a permanent counter to speed teams but that didn’t prove to be of much use. Leo is easily countered by Fire elemental monsters due to his low base defenses.
Plus, other than moving first in all battles, he doesn’t have much use. His passive skill Eye of the Storm states that all of Leo’s attacks have a chance to reduce the enemy’s attack bar by 15% per hit. This synergizes well with his 2nd skill Torrent. Torrent is a single targeted damaging skill that states “The damage of this attack increases as your HP drops. If your HP is below 30%, the enemy’s Defense is ignored.”
Masha (Fire Beast Rider)
Masha is the Fire elemental version of the natural 5-Star monster Beast Rider. Players can acquire Masha only through summoning through the gacha system using Mystical Scrolls/Legendary Scrolls/ Summoning Stones/ Fire Scroll/ Transcendence Scroll. All of the beast riders are very top-tier monsters because of their double death mechanics as well as insanely high base stats. However, Masha takes the damage to a whole new level.
Masha always gets an Immunity buff for 1 turn whenever she attacks an enemy. Further, she reduces the incoming attack bar decrease effects by 50%, rendering many crowd control teams quite useless. She also gets an Increased Attack Bar whenever an ally’s attack bar increases due to the enemy’s skills. Her skill set is specifically made to counter speed teams. Masha is also built very speedy herself as all of her skills deal more damage according to her Speed stat. Masha’s 2nd skill Fast Link states “The fast your Attack Speed, the greater the damage becomes. Attacks the enemy to absorb the enemy’s Attack Bar by 25% for each harmful effect granted on the target, up to 100%”.
Woosa (Water Pioneer)
Woosa is the Water elemental version of the natural 5-Star monster Pioneer. Players can acquire Woosa only through summoning through the gacha system using Mystical Scrolls/Legendary Scrolls/ Summoning Stones/ Water Scroll/ Transcendence Scroll. Woosa remains to be the only monster in the game that provides an Immunity buff to all allies for 3 turns. Plus, he also gives a hefty Shield totaling 15% of his own MAX HP to all allies for 2 turns.
Classified as a Support, Woosa also deals a decent amount of damage to a single target with his 2nd skill Mountain Power. Mountain Power’s skill description reads as “Attacks the enemy with the might of the mountains to inflict damage by 20% of your MAX HP and recovers the HP of all allies by 15% of your MAX HP”. Being on a short cooldown of only 3 turns, he can cycle quite effectively. His basic ability Yin Yang Attack is a single targeted damaging skill that can put the target to Sleep for 2 whole turns, although with a low 20% chance. The damage of this skill increases according to Woosa’s MAX HP.
Nana (Water Mage)
Nana is the Water elemental version of the natural 5-Star monster Mage. Players can acquire Nana only through summoning through the gacha system using Mystical Scrolls/Legendary Scrolls/ Summoning Stones/ Water Scroll/ Transcendence Scroll. Nana is quite new in terms of the age of the game as she was released back in 2021. Nana has withstood the tests of time and has showcased how some of the new monsters released are straight-up power creeps compared to older similar monsters. Instead of reviving, Nana stores the souls of enemies upon their being killed. Each ally once killed is revived but a Soul is consumed to revive him. Nana can store 3 such souls, hence 3 revives. Revived allies resurrect with 20% HP but no attack bar boost.
Nana’s 2nd skill Mana Storm is an AOE-targeted damaging skill that has a 75% chance of inflicting Defense down debuff for 2 turns. This skill can work very well in synergy with cleave teams where Nana can set up damage dealers by providing a Defense down debuff. Further, she also acts as a failsafe option in case your DPS dies to violent/ revenge rune procs. In a way, Nana has become the best reviver in the game without actually having a skill that actively revives. Her basic ability Magical Eye is a double hitter where each hit has a 35% chance of inflicting an Attack down debuff for 2 turns.
Cheongpung (Wind Art Master)
Cheongpung is the Wind elemental version of the natural 5-Star monster Art Master. Players can acquire Cheongpung only through summoning through the gacha system using Mystical Scrolls/Legendary Scrolls/ Summoning Stones/ Wind Scroll/ Transcendence Scroll. Cheungpung is one of the best crowd-control monsters in the game at the time of writing. His entry to the game changed the entire team composition style of tanky teams as players were able to add him to their existing bruiser teams. This is because of his 3rd skill Serious Matter which is an AOE-targeted damaging skill that hits all enemies 3 times.
Each hit by the skill has a 75% chance of diminishing 75% Attack Bar of enemies. Further, enemies who are at 0 attack bar will get their skill cooldowns increased by 1. Cheongpung’s 2nd skill Moon Drawn by Clouds is another AOE-targeted damaging skill that states the following – “Attacks all enemies to decrease their Defense for 2 turns with a 50% chance. In addition, removes the beneficial effects granted on all enemies and increases the chances of landing a Glancing Hit for 2 turns with a 50% chance each.” Having 2 AOE-targeted skills, it’s very useful to run him on a Despair Set of runes to be able to get more crowd control in the form of Stuns.
Rica (Fire Occult Girl)
Rica is the Fire elemental version of the natural 5-Star monster Occult Girl. Players can acquire Rica only through summoning through the gacha system using Mystical Scrolls/Legendary Scrolls/ Summoning Stones/ Fire Scroll/ Transcendence Scroll. Rica is a solid monster to use in both PvE and PvP content in the game. One of the few monsters included in this list that is present in the game from the beginning. Rica has a deadly combination of AOE-targeted damaging skills that make her a threat to deal with at any point in time. Her 3rd ability Fire Guardian Angel is an AOE-targeted skill that hits all enemies 3 times. Each hit has a 100% innate chance of inflicting Attack Speed down debuff for 2 turns and Continuous Damage for 2 turns.
Rica’s 2nd ability Toy Knight is another AOE-targeted damaging skill that attacks all enemies 1 time. Enemies hit have a 50% chance of getting Stunned for 1 turn and having their Attack Speed lowered for 2 turns. Her basic ability Help Me, Teddy is a single targeted damaging skill that has a 25% chance of putting the targeted enemy to Sleep for 1 turn. Upon successfully putting them to sleep, Rica will instantly gain another turn.
