Summoners War: Sky Arena, one of the biggest names when it comes to turn-based RPGs, is a hero-collector developed and published by Korean game giant Com2US. Summoners War: Sky Arena is available to be downloaded and installed as a free-to-play game on both Google Play Store and iOS App Store.  

It seems the game are throwing out all their tactics to attract new players this April as along with the juicy 9-Year anniversary events, a new Hall of Heroes is also announced. These are easily one of the best events that are scheduled in Summoners War: Sky Arena. Hall of Heroes are held every single month and provide players with the opportunity of getting multiple copies of desirable natural 4-Star monsters. These are essentially special dungeons that offer free fragments of Natural 4-Star monsters. 

Wind Rune Blacksmith – Natural 4-Star Monster

Wind Rune Blacksmith is selected as the featured Hall of Heroes monster for April 2023. Players can collect up to 250 fragments for Wind Rune Blacksmith. Celine is the awakened form of Wind Rune Blacksmith. For players who do not know how the Hall of Heroes works, here’s a short example of all the levels and the rewards in the Hall of Heroes:

• 1st Floor – Crystals x 5 + Wind Rune Blacksmith Fragments x 25 (Rewards)
• 2nd Floor – Crystals x 5 + Wind Rune Blacksmith Fragments x 25 (Rewards)
• 3rd Floor – Crystals x 5 + Wind Rune Blacksmith Fragments x 25 (Rewards)
• 4th Floor – Crystals x 5 + Wind Rune Blacksmith Fragments x 25 (Rewards)
• 5th Floor – Crystals x 5 + Wind Rune Blacksmith Fragments x 25 (Rewards)
• 6th Floor – Crystals x 5 + Wind Rune Blacksmith Fragments x 25 (Rewards)
• 7th Floor – Crystals x 5 + Wind Rune Blacksmith Fragments x 25 (Rewards)
• 8th Floor – Crystals x 5 + Wind Rune Blacksmith Fragments x 25 (Rewards)

Players can summon these fragments in the summoning henge. Each summon costs 50 fragments of the monster. Hence, players can summon a total of 5 copies of Wind Rune Blacksmith if they manage to defeat all Floors of the Hall of Heroes dungeon.

Wind Rune Blacksmith is easily one of the most desired monsters of 2021. Even in today’s day and age, her usability in nuke teams remains to be prevalent as she can grant very sturdy shields to all allies apart from boosting their stats. Her main drawback still comes with the fact that her Shield only has a 30% chance of being activated. Coupled with her horrible base speed, she fails to be usable in higher tiers of Arena.

Here are the skills of Celine (Wind Rune Blacksmith): –

Fire (1st ability) – Power Swing: Attacks and stuns the enemy for 1 turn with a 30% chance.

Multiplier: 3.9 x Attack

Lv.2 Damage +5%

Lv.3 Harmful Effect Rate +5%

Lv.4 Damage +10%

Lv.5 Harmful Effect Rate +10%

Lv.6 Damage +10%

Lv.7 Damage +10%

Lv.8 Harmful Effect Rate +15%

Beneficial Hammering (2nd ability) – Increases Attack Power and Defense of all allies for 2 turns and creates a shield that absorbs damage for 2 turns on all allies if GREAT is activated with a 30% chance. The shield amount is proportionate to your level. (Reusable in 5 turns)

Multiplier: 100% x Attackers Level

Lv.2 Cooldown Turn – 1

Lv.3 Cooldown Turn – 1

Customization (3rd ability) (Passive) – Allies with Attack Power increasing effect will decrease the enemy’s Defense for 1 turn with a 50% chance when they attack. Allies with Defense increasing effect will decrease the enemy’s Attack Power for 1 turn with a 50% chance when they are attacked. [Automatic Effect]

Leader Skill – Increase the Defense of ally monsters with Wind attribute by 55%.
