TRIBE NINE, the action-packed RPG set in a dystopian Tokyo, features a robust gacha system that allows players to summon various characters. Understanding the gacha mechanics is essential for both free-to-play and paying players to maximize their resources and build the strongest team possible. This guide provides an in-depth look at how the gacha system works, tips for summoning efficiently, and strategies to increase your chances of obtaining high-tier characters.

Understanding the Gacha Mechanics of TRIBE NINE

The gacha system of TRIBE NINE is known as “Synchro” in official game terminology. When you begin your first playtime of the game, you will quickly unlock the gacha system. When you first load up, you will be presented with a brief tutorial that will introduce you to the game and help you get up to speed on what is going on. This tutorial takes about 30 minutes to complete, however you can go quicker or slower depending on your story viewing preferences. After completing the tutorial, you will find yourself at a resting area with access to the gacha system. It will occur immediately before you begin completing the [Head to the Lower Levels of 24 City] quest.

The Synchro system allows players to recruit both new characters and Tension Cards from multiple summoning banners. The game boasts a rather fair probability rate of 1.5% to get your desired new rate-up character. Although the rates are low, the game does offer a pity system wherein you guarantee receiving a 3-star character or Tension card after doing 80 summons without one. Keep in mind, there’s still only a 50% chance of you getting the character instead of a Tension card. Check out the full rates of summoning characters and Tension cards:

  • 3-Star character – 2%
  • 2-Star character – 7%
  • 2-Star Tension card – 1 %
  • 1-Star Tension card – 90%
