InnerSloth’s Among Us was nominated for several gaming categories alongside other famous titles at The Game Awards 2020. And it came out on top by winning two major awards – ‘Best Multiplayer Game’ and ‘Best Mobile Game’ of 2020.

For the ‘Best Multiplayer Game’ category of 2020, Among Us was competing with other globally popular titles like

  1. Animal Crossing: New Horizons
  2. Call of Duty: Warzone
  3. Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout
  4. Valorant

Whereas, for the ‘Best Mobile Game’ category, Among Us was up against the likes of

  1. Call of Duty: Mobile
  2. Genshin Impact
  3. Legends of Runeterra
  4. Pokemon Café Mix.

Among Us got the well-deserved victory in both the categories. Moreover, folks from InnerSloth were present at The Game Awards 2020 via a satellite to accept the awards. They were quite emotional while receiving the awards. Among Us released over two years ago and since then has come a long way, experiencing a boom in player numbers since earlier in the year thanks to various streamers.

Additionally, Among Us revealed a trailer video showcasing their upcoming map titled “The Airship”. It will be coming to the game in early 2021. We will let you know regarding the new map in Among Us, as soon as there is new information!
