Genshin Impact v4.3 Update: What We Know so Far
The 4.3 update for Genshin Impact is on its way and leaks about it have run wild around the internet. According to leakers, Genshin Impact 4.3 is expected to have new events, character banners, and two new characters. The update is expected to release on December 2023.
Genshin Impact is one of the biggest mobile games of all time and is developed by miHoYo and published by Cognosphere. This action RPG takes players into the vast world of Tevyat that includes several interesting regions like Inazuma and Fontaine. The game has received plenty of content updates over the years and the 4.3 update is going to be the next big update. Let’s check out what Genshin Impact 4.3 has to offer.
New Characters – the 4.3 update brings two new characters, Navia and Chevreuse. According to X (formerly Twitter) user and Genshin Impact leaker @Starl0verrr, Navia and Chevreuse will be a 5-star Geo Claymore character and 4-star Pyro Polearm character respectively. In terms of lore, Navia is the president of Spina di Rosula (an organization in Fontaine) and the daughter of Callas and Clementine whereas Chevreuse is the captain of the Special Security and Surveillance Patrol. Both of the new characters will debut in the 4.3 character banners.
Character Appearances – a new event will start in the 4.3 update and will include the appearance of several characters. According to a leak from X user @himo_sino, the following characters will appear in the 4.3 update’s main event.
- Ayaka
- Ayato
- Yoimiya
- Chiori
- Furina
- Neuvillette
- Chevreuse
- Wriosthesley
In addition, the following NPCs will also appear: Xavier, Maurice, Aeval, Bonnot, Establet, Tetreaux, Buraud, Iris, and Tupile. According to @himo_sino, Xavier will explain the 4.3 event so players will likely need to find and talk to this character to start the event.
Take note that all the information here is unofficial unless miHoYo has officially announced details about the 4.3 update. In fact, this news should be taken with more grains of salt considering that the prior 4.1 and 4.2 updates have not even launched yet.
The 4.1 update has been officially announced and will launch on September 27, 2023. It will feature two new characters, Wriothesley and Neuvillette, who are cryo and hydro characters respectively. The 4.1 update will also feature a new area called the Fortress of Meropide located in Fontaine as well as the return of 5-star banners for Hu Tao and Venti.
The 4.2 update has not been officially announced. According to leaks by leaker Uncle YC, the 4.2 banners will include Furina, Ayato, Baizhu, and Cyno.
You can play Genshin Impact now on iOS and Android devices and explore the new region of Fontaine. Check out the BlueStacks blog’s section for Genshin Impact for various character guides and more news updates.
