Honkai Star Rail Version 1.2 Update Release Date

As confirmed by HoYoverse, the developers behind the game, the Honkai: Star Rail version 1.2 update is scheduled to hit the live servers on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. The maintenance is expected to start from 4 am BST, and the servers are likely to be back up and running within a few hours.

Honkai Star Rail Version 1.2 Update: New Banners & Other Details

The Honkai: Star Rail version 1.2 update introduces three new playable characters to the game – Blade, Kafka, and Luka. Blade and Kafka are both 5-star characters who will be featured in the ‘A Lost Soul’ Banner and ‘Nessun Norma’ Banner respectively. Luka is a 4-star character who will also be a part of the latter Banner.

  • Arlan (Lightning, The Destruction)
  • Natasha (Physical, The Abundance)
  • Sushang (Physical, The Hunt)

Here are the boosted 4-star characters of the ‘Nessun Norma’ Banner –

  • Luka (Physical, The Nihility)
  • Sampo (Wind, The Nihility)
  • Serval (Lightning, The Erudition)

Other than these banners, there’s plenty of new content to look forward to in the upcoming version 1.2 update including new relics, planar ornaments, bosses, maps, the ‘Forgotten Hall: Memories of the Xianzhou’, and much more.
