Ruan Mei: All About Her Leaks

In Honkai: Star Rail, Ruan Mei is a character who is regarded as a kind and sophisticated scholar. She is currently the 81st member of the Genius Society. She caught the attention of Nous, with her extraordinary talent and biological science knowledge, and together they set out on a mission to discover the origins of life in the universe’s uncharted territories.

Ruan Mei stands to be a great support cum pseudo damage dealer that has the capability to increase your teams overall damage potential. She excels at dealing Ice elemental damage and can increase allies speed as well. Although she doesn’t seem to be “OP” in any way, Ruan Mei certainly deems to be fit to be called a “balanced” character. Check out her leaked abilities:

A Tiny Orchard (Basic Attack): Ruan Mei’s basic attack deals Ice damage equal to a percentage of her ATK to a single enemy.

Gather, Twist, Wipe, and Pick (Active Ability): Ruan Mei’s skill increases her own SPD (Speed) by a certain percentage and also boosts her allies’ SPD for a specified number of turns.

Shaking Brocade Water, Not Taking off Dipped Clothes (Ultimate Ability): Ruan Mei’s ultimate ability buffs all allies for a set number of turns. It enhances the Weakness Break Efficiency of all buffed allies by a specific percentage. Additionally, when an enemy’s Weakness shield is broken, it triggers Broken Plum Blossoms, causing ice damage equal to a percentage of Ruan Mei’s ATK and delaying the target’s action. Notably, Broken Plum Blossoms can only affect an enemy target after they’ve recovered from Weakness Break.

Classifying Screws (Talent Ability): Ruan Mei’s talent increases the damage dealt by allies when they hit an enemy with Weakness Break by a certain percentage.

Caressing Cotton Robes (Technique): Following the use of her Technique, all allies’ ATK increases at the start of the next battle, with the increase being a percentage of Ruan Mei’s ATK. This ATK boost lasts for a specified number of turns. Ruan Mei’s unique skill set makes her a compelling character in the Honkai: Star Rail universe, offering a combination of utility and damage potential for your team.
