Pokemon Unite is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) video game developed by TiMi Studios and published by The Pokémon Company. It is set in the Pokémon universe and features gameplay similar to other MOBA games, such as League of Legends and Dota 2. Players take control of one of several different Pokémon, each with unique abilities, and work together with their team to defeat the opposing team and capture their base.

Several new characters have been recently added to Pokémon UNITE, including the sneaky supporter Sableye, all-rounder Urshifu and the pseudo-legendary attacker Dragapult. Recently, several leaks suggested the release of five new Pokemons, and in this article, we will go through each of them.

Upcoming Pokemon in Pokemon UNITE, according to leaks –

Goodra

El Chico Eevee tweeted that Goodra might be the upcoming Pokemon to join the game. Three phases of evolution make up the pseudo-legendary dragon type known as Goodra. With a lot of special defence, Goodra will probably be a defender. 

Chandelure

Due to Chandleure’s high unique attack numbers in the mainline Pokemon games, it is assumed that this fire and ghost-type pokemon is an attacker who employs special attacks.

Tropius

Tropius is a grass-and-flying type Pokemon without any evolution phases. Tropius is considered an all-arounder because he uses stats in various ways in the mainline Pokemon games.

Inteleon

One of the three starter Pokémon, Inteleon, is a water type from the Galar region that underwent three stages of evolution. The Pokémon Inteleon can either be a speedster or an attacker who performs a special attack because it has solid stats for both speed and special attacks in the mainline Pokémon games. Inteleon uses a water pistol in the mainline Pokémon games and can also be a ranged character.

Sudowoodo

Sudowoodo is reported to be a forthcoming Pokémon from a different source that is discussed in the YouTuber SuperTeeds’ video, in contrast to all the other Pokémon sourced from El Chico Eevee’s leaks. Due to its grass type and excellent defensive statistics, Sudowoodo is most likely to be a defender. 

We are still waiting to get more information on the recent character leaks for Pokemon Unite from the developers. Players must wait for further details like attacks, classes, and abilities of the upcoming characters to better understand their use case in the famous MOBA title.
