Aether Gazer is a breath of fresh air when it comes to anime-stylized ARPGs. The market has recently been flooded with cheap replicates but Aether Gazer is the real deal! Developed and published by Chinese game giant BiliBili, Aether Gazer has recently completed their 1st anniversary and marked a new historic high in download numbers. With consistent new updates and fun-filled events, the game has innovated the ARPG genre by adding tons of fun mechanics such as fast dash, quick combat, and much more. Aether Gazer is available as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.

The latest update for the anime-stylized RPG is titled as “The Father, Son, Duel”, and can be seen live in-game as we write! Players can experience a new captivating narrative along with new story elements being added. The event lasts till 11th December, 2023, giving all gamers enough time to complete and reap its benefits. Some of the core elements of this update include new modifiers, new skill chain implementations, as well as a time-limited event that will explore the world of Aether Gazer in more depth. The Father, Son, Duel Update: 4 New Modifiers

Much like previous updates, new modifiers have always been the targeted focus for many players due to the sheer excitement they bring to the combat of the game. Here is a complete list of the new modifiers being added:

S-Grade Modifier: Rage Serpent – Marduk

S-Grade Modifier Rage Serpent – Marduk is a creature from the Asterism Gen-zone. This character specializes in using energy attacks for ranged combat. Marduk is unique because of his versatile role, which combines energy regeneration, armor penetration, control, and damage amplification. His most notable attribute is his remarkable capacity to give significant damage boosts to the entire team.

S-Grade Modifier:  Jackal – Anubis 

Pertaining to the Nile Gen-zone, the Jackal – Anubis is categorized as an S-Grade Modifier. Anubis is an expert in melee and summoning. He reminds me of Hades in melee form. His user-friendly design is especially notable because it makes him extremely effective even when operated by artificial intelligence.

A-Grade Modifier: Wasteland Fiend – Kingu

Hailing from the Asterism Gen-zone, Wasteland Fiend – Kingu is categorized as an A-Grade Modifier. Kingu is an excellent long-range melee damage dealer. He has access to some of the best single targeted damage dealing abilities but gets shunned easily in team fights having multiple enemies. Kingu’s main strength is his ability to switch between different output modes with ease; he’s able to switch between both offensive and defensive modes. 

A-Grade Modifier: Ailuros-Bastet

Hailing from the Nile Gen-zone, Ailuros-Bastet is an A-grade modifier associated with CORG. This character embodies the grace and agility of a cat and is primarily meant to deal single-target damage.
