Arknights – New Operators Dagda, Stainless, Cliffheart, Paprika, and Totter Coming with Return to Mist Event
One of the biggest events titled as “Return to Mist” is going to be starting soon! Arknights are known for their large-scale version updates that brings a lot of new content. Arknights is available to be downloaded and installed as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store with in-game microtransactions enabled.

Return to Mist is a big event that comes once in a while. It brings a lot of new content for all players. The new headhunting banner is going to feature 4 new operators – Stainless, Cliffheart, Paprika, and Totter. A free 5-Star Operator called Dagda will also be given completely for free through the event shop. Let’s take a look at the skills and abilities of the operators being added to Arknights.
Stainless – 6-Star Operator
Stainless is a 6-Star operator that is classified as a Supporter type in-game. He has a base Attack of 236, HP of 1043, and a Defense of 190. His base Defense and HP are comparatively higher compared to another operator. Stainless is a melee ranged operator that deals physical damage with his basic attack.
His description reads the following – “Feist is the grandson of Catharine, the supervisor of a Victorian military factory, and the descendant of a blacksmith family who once produced the armors of the legendary Steam Knights. In order to save the Londinium citizens from the hands of the Kazdel Military Commission, he stubbornly rebelled against his grandmother and joined Eartha, the “Self-Salvation Corps.” Together with Rockrock and Clovisia, he has been leading the Eartha workers to recapture occupied regions through his handmade inventions such as tiny robots and drones. Following Rhodes Island’s cooperation with Eartha during the Londinium crisis, Feist officially became one of R.I.’s mechanists codenamed “Stainless” and has since been a close assistance for Closure the chief engineer.”

Extreme Firepower: When equipping this skill: Device grants ATK +12% to an operator
Active: Immediately gain 1 Device. Attacks deal 110% Physical damage and Device effect increases to 2x. When the skill ends, destroy all Devices on the battlefield
Efficient Resupply: When equipping this skill: Device grants 1 SP to an operator every 3.5 seconds
Active: ATK +10% , DEF +10% . Attack multiple enemies equal to Block Count. Device is strengthened to granting 1 SP every 3 seconds, however HP loss is doubled
When the skill ends, gain 1 Device.
Feist’s Metal Crab Prototype – When equipping this skill: Device can be attacked by ally operators but will not take damage. It can deal Physical splash damage through its skill, however it will also lose HP Active: Immediately gain 1 Device. ATK +10%, Attack Speed +10
Here are Stainless’s Talents in detail –
Battlefield Engineer (1st Talent): Carries 2 Support Devices (can only deploy 1). The Support Devices’ functionality changes depending on selected skill
Cost-Saving Measures (2nd Talent): When a Support Device within the 8 surrounding tiles of Stainless is destroyed, there is a 70% chance to recycle it and grant Stainless 1 Support Device

Hearts Joined Together – When stationed at the Workshop and producing elite materials, for every 10 operators with 12 or less morale stationed in the Dorms, recipes which consume 4 morale will have -1 morale consumed
Working as One – When stationed at the Workshop and producing elite materials, for every 1 operator with 12 or less morale stationed in the Dorms, increase the rate of by-products by 5%
Dagda – 5-Star Operator
Dagda is a 5-Star operator that is classified as a Brawler/Fighter type in-game. She has a base Attack of 236, HP of 1185, and a Defense of 134. Dagda’s HP is quite high compared to other similar operators. Dagda deals physical damage in melee range with her basic attack.
Her description reads the following – “Born Isabelle Montague, Dagda is one of Glasgow’s core members. While she appears to be a gangster at first glance, she is formerly the heir of Count Manchester, a Victorian noblewoman, and a member of the Victorian Tower Knights who served as the Aslan dynasty’s royal guards. When Londinium was occupied by the Kazdel Military Commission in the year 1094, the Tower Knights was all but annihilated, leaving Isabelle as the only survivor. As the situation deteriorated, she joined Glasgow which had been taken over by HRH Alexandrina of Victoria under the codename “Dagda” and left for Rhodes Island.”

Precise Hunting: ATK +10%, attacks deal 2 hits. Increase Talent activation chance to 40%

Gang Mentality (1st Talent) – When attacking, 30% chance to deal 130% damage. When deployed, for every enemy defeated within the 4 tiles adjacent to [Glasgow Group] operators, further increase the damage multiplier by 5% (up to 190%)
Knight’s Will (2nd Talent) – In [Return to Mist], Max HP +20% and attacks recover HP equal to 20% of the damage dealt

Guard Specialization Alpha – When stationed at the Training Room, increase the skill training speed of Guard operators by +30%
Combat Techniques: Fighter – When stationed at the Training Room, increase the skill training speed of Guard operators by +30%. If the trainee’s subclass is Brawler/Fighter, increase the skill training speed by an additional +45%
Cliffheart – 5-Star Operator
Cliffheart is a 5-Star operator that is classified as a Specialist type in-game. She has a base Attack of 329, HP of 852, and a Defense of 148. Cliffheart has a very high HP and Attack compared to other operators of similar rarity. Cliffheart is a melee damage dealer that deals physical damage with her basic attacks.
Her description reads the following – “Ensia Silverash is the younger sister of Enciodes, the head of Karlan Trade, and Enya, the Karlan Saintess. An ardent hiker, Ensia had spent most of her lifetime trekking around Kjerag’s mountains until she contracted Oripathy on a hiking accident. Despite this, Ensia remained optimistic and passionate. Now being treated in Rhodes Island, Ensia helped R.I. at times alongside her bodyguards Weiss and Matterhorn under the codename “Cliffheart”. Ensia hopes that one day she could climb the sacred Mount Karlan and meet Enya, hoping that she could mend the strained relationship between her and Enciodes.”

Chain Hook (Passive Ability): Drags the target to Cliffheart slightly in the next attack, dealing 115% of ATK Arts damage to it. The Force Level of the Shift is 0 (Weak)
Binding Chains: Immediately drags up to 2 targets in a large frontal area towards this unit slightly, dealing 130% True damage and Stun them for 1.5 seconds. The Force Level of the Shift is 0 (Weak)

Explorer’s Passion – When this Operator is assigned to a Dormitory, restores +0.25 Morale per hour to another Operator assigned to that Dormitory whose Morale is not full (Only the strongest effect of this type takes place); furthermore, self Morale recovered per hour +0.5
Karlan Commercial Beta – When this Operator is assigned to a Trading Post, order acquisition efficiency +15% and the order limit +4
Paprika – 5-Star Operator
Paprika is a 5-Star operator that is classified as a Medic type in-game. She has a base Attack of 153, HP of 913, and a Defense of 74. Paprika is a ranged caster that heals allies with her basic skills.
Her description reads the following – “One of the Sarkaz mercenaries summoned by Manfred from Columbia to Londinium. Led her team out of the original squad because she disagreed with their goals and was rescued during an attack. Accepted Rhodes Island’s employment to provide battlefield medical support for combat squads.”

Tailoring Alpha – When this Operator is assigned to a Trading Post, the chance of getting higher-yield Precious Metal orders is increased slightly (rate is influenced by length of work time), and Morale consumed per hour is reduced by -0.25
Tailoring Beta – When this Operator is assigned to a Trading Post, the chance of getting higher-yield Precious Metal orders is increased (rate is influenced by length of work time), and Morale consumed per hour is reduced by -0.25
Totter – 4-Star Operator
Totter is a 4-Star operator that is classified as a Sniper type in-game. He has a base Attack of 439, an HP of 706, and a Defense of 51. Totter is a ranged attacker that deals physical damag to enemies with his basic skill.
His description reads the following – “Operator Totter, formerly known as Lead Ankle, a semi-retired mercenary living in the deep forests of the Victorian border, chose to leave the forest in order to repay his favor, and took great risks to the battlefield in Londinium. After the incident, he chose to become an occasional field operator in Rhodes Island as a sniper.”

Pierce the Sun: The next attack targets 1 additional target and deals 130% Physical damage
Breaking Rainbow: Attack Speed +5. Attacks target 2 additional enemies; If there is only 1 enemy attacked, deal 180% Physical damage

Torch-like Vision (1st Talent skill) – Can attack Invisible enemies. When there are Invisible enemies within Attack Range, ATK +4%

Blurry Vision – When stationed at a Factory, production +30%. For every 4 Morale Difference, production -5%
Beyond the Window, a Snowstorm – When stationed at a Factory, if Morale Difference is higher than 12, production +10% and storage capacity +6
