Ceobe – 6 Star Operator
Ceobe is a 6-Star operator that is classified as an ST/Core Caster type Sniper in-game. She has a base Attack of 302, HP of 657, and a Defense of 48. Ceobe is a ranged operator that deals arts damage to enemies with her basic attacks.
Her description reads the following – “A lone, wandering Bolívarian Perro who spent much of her lifetime traveling across Terra in search for the origins of her first weapon, a Minoan axe with her name carved on it, Ceobe, affectionately referred to as “Kay,” contracted Oripathy during her journey which made her obsessed in collecting every single weapon she could find and adopt the “shoot first, ask questions later” approach through her latent Originium Arts she often infuses to her arsenal of weapons. While in Leithanien, Ceobe encountered Rhodes Island operators who mistaken her as a bandit. She was later taken into R.I.’s custody before being enlisted as their member under Vulcan’s care and oversight.”

Irene is a 6-Star operator that is classified as a Dualstrike/Swordsmaster type Guard in-game. She has a base Attack of 249, HP of 1236, and a Defense of 151. Irene is a melee operator that deals physical damage to enemies with her basic attacks.
Her description reads the following – “Ever since the day she was rescued by Dario the High Inquisitor following a natural disaster that wiped out her hometown, Irene was destined to become an Inquisitor thanks to her zealous faith. As Dario’s young disciple, she earnestly learned his path so that she could become a perfect Inquisitor just like him. With her lantern, her saber, and her hand canon, she was ready to defend Iberia’s last pride against the ultimate evil of the shore ― the Seaborn. On the other hand, her blind justice sometimes led to the opposite results such as her unnecessary suspicion against the Islanders. Yet the girl never gave up on learning her maestro’s way.”

Judgement (Active Ability) – Deal 200% ATK as Physical damage to all nearby ground enemies, and cause them to Levitate2 seconds, then bombard 8 times, each hit dealing 180% ATK as Physical damage to all enemies in a small area around a random target

Her description reads the following – “A centuries-old Vampire Sarkaz senior medical staff of Rhodes Island, Warfarin has an obscure background aside from being the author of a famous medical reference book published decades ago under the pseudonym “Mr. Blood”. During the recent civil war in Kazdel, Warfarin refuses to take sides out of her pacifism until she was “persuaded” by Kal’tsit to treat Theresa’s successor Amiya following the fall of Babel and join her entourage. Warfarin eventually decides to remain with R.I. to carry on Theresa’s dreams of curing Oripathy as well as using her extensive knowledge of hematology to establish R.I.’s very own blood bank and become its administrator.”

Her description reads the following – “A pragmatic yet determined Vouivre from Blacksteel’s B.P.R.S. unit alongside Franka, Liskarm is among BS personnel contracted by Rhodes Island where she is serving in security and defense roles, utilizing a handgun and a Flash Shield – ballistic shield capable of emitting intensely bright light and paralyzing electric shocks through Originium Arts – in combat. Liskarm also dreams to form her own mercenary force in order to restore peace on her homeland, the Vouivre Alliance.”
