The new version update for Dislyte, titled as “Version 3.3.0” is scheduled to go live on 25th July 2023. The new version, better known as “Endless Summer” brings the addition of Lian as a playable character.

Lian – New 5-Star Esper

Lian is a 5-Star Flow elemental esper that is classified as a Support in-game. Lian has the powers of the Goddess Jiao Tu. Lian’s introduction reads as follows – “Lian is an ordinary girl who lives alone with her mother in a town near Estero Harbor. She is worried about whether she will be able to go to school in Hazlitt…” 

We recommend building Lian with Wind Walker Set/ Master Grove Set with HP%, HP%, and Speed as main stats and a focus on Speed, Health%, Accuracy%, and Defense% as sub-stats. Players will be able to acquire Lian through Wish Stones once the update goes live in-game on 25th July 2023. 

Let’s take a look at Lian’s abilities in detail:

Droplet Attack (Active Skill) – Deals damage to 1 enemy based on ATK and Max HP. Has a chance of inflicting ATK Down for 2 turns. Then, grants Recovery to the ally with the lowest HP percentage for 2 turns.

Lvl 2 HP-damage conversion ratio increased to 4.5%

Lvl 3 Trigger chance increased to 80%

Lvl 4 HP-damage conversion ratio increased to 5%

Lvl 5 Trigger chance increased to 100%

Bubble Path (Active Skill) – Deals damage to 1 enemy 4 times based on ATK and Max HP. Has a chance of reducing the enemy’s AP and healing the ally with the lowest HP percentage. Healing is based on Lian’s Max HP.

Cooldown: 4 turns

Lvl 2 Healing amount increased to 7%

Lvl 3 Trigger chance increased to 50%

Lvl 4 Healing amount increased to 8%

Lvl 5 Cooldown reduced by 1 turn

Bubble Path (Active Skill) (Ascended) – Deals damage to 1 enemy 4 times based on ATK and Max HP. Has a chance of reducing the enemy’s AP and healing the ally with the lowest HP percentage. Healing is based on Lian’s Max HP. After Ascension, it also increases AP for the ally being healed.

Cooldown: 4 turns

Lvl 2 Healing amount increased to 7%

Lvl 3 Trigger chance increased to 50%

Lvl 4 Healing amount increased to 8%

Lvl 5 Cooldown reduced by 1 turn 

Protective Foam (Active Skill) – Grants Lian Dream Bubble for 2 turns. Grants all allies DEF Up and Shield for 2 turns. Shield Strength is based on Lian’s Max HP.

Cooldown: 5 turns

Lvl 2 Shield strength increased to 40%

Lvl 3 Shield strength increased to 50%

Lvl 4 Shield strength increased to 60%

Lvl 5 Cooldown reduced by 1 turn

Dream Bubble (Undispellable): Incapacitated. Immune to controls. Increases all enemies’ Miss Rate. Heals an ally after they take a hit (triggers once per target per turn). Healing is based on Lian’s Max HP. When a teammate falls, revives and heals them for a certain percentage of their HP, and this effect ends.

RESONANCE PHASES FOR LIAN

Phase 1: (Protective Foam – Aegis): Protective Foam: Final Shield +10%.

Phase 2: (Protective Foam – Morph 1): A new effect is added to Protective Foam: Gains an extra turn when Dream Bubble ends.

Phase 3: (Blessing): Base ATK, Base DEF, and Base HP + 15%.

Phase 4: (Protective Shield): When granting Shield, Shield Strength +30%.

Phase 5: (Aura): Base ATK, Base DEF, and Base HP + 20%.

Phase 6: (Protective Foam – Morph 2): A new effect is added to Protective Foam: Gains Dream Bubble for 2 turns at the start of combat.

Summer Puzzle – New Event

Here are the main key takeaways regarding the Summer Puzzle event:

• The Summer Puzzle event starts on 25th July 2023 and ends on 15th August 2023. The event description reads as follows – “Collect Summer Puzzle pieces to earn amazing rewards!”
• It is going to be a puzzle stylized event, where players will be given 1 try to highlight a piece of the puzzle per day. Upon completing 3 lines of puzzle pieces horizontally or vertically, you will be eligible for a reward out of Gold Records, Epic Abilimons, Memochips, Starimons, and Gold.

Alice’s Magic Hut – New Event

• The Alice’s Magic Hut event starts on 8th August 2023 and ends on 22nd August 2023. The event description reads as follows – “The blessed “witch” will use divination to answer any doubts.”

• The event currency for the event is going to be called “Wonder Crystals”. Players can get this event currency by completing mystery tasks during the event. These tasks will be provided to players on a daily basis. Upon divination, players can earn a lot of rewards such as Elemental records, Gold Records, and nexus crystal. The unused Wonder Crystals will be converted into Gold after the event ends. 

Endless Summer Event

The Endless Summer event starts on 25th July 2023 and ends on 11th August 2023. Players who have cleared the main story Chapter 4 Stage 16 on Easy difficulty will be allowed to take part in this event. Players can access the event by clicking on the banner on the main screen banner highlighted by the Lian icon. The event description reads as follows – “Spend long summer days in a seaside town with Lian.” 

The Endless Summer event is continuing the trend we have seen with previous Dislyte events where players are required to collect the different event currencies through different acquisition methods. These event currencies, called Swim Pass and Bazaar Seal can be earned easily by engaging in PvE and PvP content such as Ritual Miracle, Sonic Miracle, Sonic Rift, Event Story stages, Normal Story Stages, and more. 

Event Shop – Players can use their earned event currencies Swim Pass and Bazaar Seals in the event redeem shop. Some of the juicier rewards that stand out are the following – Water Sports Surge Pack, Water Sports Wind Pack, Water Sports Inferno Pack, Shimmer Records, Gold Records, Flow Elemental Records, Nexus Crystals, Experimons, Memo Chips, and more.

Lian and Hyde Limited-Time Echo Event

Here are the main takeaways from the upcoming limited-time event:

• The event starts on 25th July 2023 and ends on 15th August 2023. Players can get Lian/Hyde from Gold Records but they will not be at a rate-up, which means the probability of getting Lian/Hyde will remain the same as the rest of the espers. The pity for obtaining Legendary esper remains at 100 summons while the pity for Epic espers remains at 20 summons.
• During the event, players will be able to exchange their collected Wish Stones for a single copy of either Lian or Hyde. The pity is set at 100 Wish stones.  

Gaius Limited-Time Echo Event

Here are the main takeaways from the upcoming limited-time event:

• The event starts on 25th July 2023 and ends on 15th August 2023. Players can get Gaius from Gold Records but she will not be at a rate-up, which means the probability of getting Gaius will remain the same as the rest of the espers. The pity for obtaining Legendary esper remains at 100 summons while the pity for Epic espers remains at 20 summons.

Tevor Limited-Time Shimmer Echo Event

• The event starts on 25th July 2023 and ends on 15th August 2023. Players can get Tevor from Shimmer Records as he will be at a rate-up, which means the probability of getting Tevor will be 50% if you manage to summon a legendary esper from Shimmer Records. The pity for obtaining Legendary esper remains at 100 summons while the pity for Epic espers remains at 20 summons.
