HoYoverse has announced a new web event for Genshin Impact named When Flowers Bloom. The event features several tasks related to the growth of a plant presented to players by a servant of the Yashiro Commission upon joining.

Completing tasks will allow travelers to procure in-game rewards, including Primogems and Character Ascension Materials. The event is a way of introducing the fans to the upcoming character Ayato before the Genshin Impact 2.6 patch arrives. Event duration 

When Flowers Bloom web event is underway and will be till March 30, 2022, at 23:59 (UTC + 8).    

How to participate in the event

Users can take part in the event using the link given here. They need to log in with their HoYoverse account to join the event. Apart from that, they should choose a character they often use in the game.

Using their HoYoverse account will ensure that gamers can receive or claim the rewards correctly, sent via in-game mails. Every participant will have 30 days to claim the rewards.

Apart from the HoYoverse account, players can also log in using UID and adventure rank to enter Genshin Impact’s web event. An adventure rank of 10 or above is a prerequisite for either login method.    

Completion of the task

Here are the steps to complete the tasks given in When Flowers Bloom:

1. Head to the web event website by clicking the above-given link.
2. Tap on Click to Start, and log in using their HoYoverse account or UID.
3. To complete the event players need to help Ayato grow the plant, which will earn the former growth points. There are nine Growth Progress points in the web event that can be acquired by playing minigames.

Players need to tap on the Cultivation and Care, where they need to perform the following tasks with the plants:   

• Water the plants
• Trim the leaves 
• Soften the soil using a shovel 

Tending the plant (performing the given tasks) three times or sharing the Growth Progress will earn one point.

There is another To-Do List that will earn users additional Growth points through Genshin Impact’s web event. The tasks given in the list are:    

• Practice Martial Arts 
• Have Thoma make tea 
• Review official documents 

Upon reaching Growth Progress 9, players will be able to unlock all the rewards. 

What are the rewards of the events? 

Genshin Impact’s When Flowers Bloom web event grants the following rewards:     

• 40 Primogems
• Three Varunada Lazurite Fragments
• Two Mystic Enhancement Ores 
• 20,000 Mora

For the fans waiting for the Ayato, the leader of the Kamisato Clan and the Yashiro Commissioner will arrive as a playable character after Genshin Impact’s 2.6 patch officially launches on March 30, 2022.
