One of the biggest global releases in the gacha RPG genre was GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE, a 3D Shooter RPG by Korean developers SHIFTUP. To say the game was successful might be an understatement, as it has won tons of awards since its release. Coupled with earning massive revenue in just 2 months since release, the game shows no signs of stopping as they gear up for their next massive update titled “D-Outsiders”.

The entire update will feature over 5 different NIKKE’s being added to the game. Players will be able to choose 1 out of 3 SSR NIKKE completely for free through a limited-time game mode called Liberation. GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE is available to be downloaded as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.

Jackal – New SSR NIKKE

Jackal is an SSR grade Iron elemental NIKKE that uses a Rocket Launcher as her main weapon in the battlefield. She is classified as a Defender in-game and has great base stats. Viper – New SSR NIKKE

Viper is an SSR grade Water elemental NIKKE that uses a Shotgun her main weapon in the battlefield. She is classified as an Attacker in-game and has great base stats. Her description reads the following – “The staff officer of the Exotic Squad. She can manipulate any human with her verbal trickery and physical beauty.” Take a look at her base stats and her abilities:

Deals 220.4% ATK as damage.

• Activates when entering Full Burst. Affects self.

Quency – New SSR NIKKE

Quency is an SSR grade Electric elemental NIKKE that uses a SMG as her main weapon in the battlefield. She is classified as a Supporter in-game and has great base stats. Her description reads the following – “A master escape artist who can break out of any prison where she is being kept captive. A highly amiable individual who excels in wheeling and dealing. She is always the life of the party at the Rehabilitation Center.” Take a look at her base stats and her abilities:

Sin – New SSR NIKKE

Sin is an SSR grade Electric elemental NIKKE that uses an Assault Rifle as her main weapon in the battlefield. She is classified as a Defender in-game and has great base stats. Her description reads the following – “The leader of the Real Kindness Squad. She can brainwash others using words alone. This ability, in combination with some additional verbal gymnastics, makes her able to turn anyone into a mindless puppet.” Take a look at her base stats and her abilities:

Full Stop (1st Ability) (Passive)

Activates when the last round of ammunition hits. Affects self.

Hurry Up (2nd Ability) (Passive)

• Activates after the Full Burst ends. Affects self.

Burst gauge loading speed increased by 16.17% for 5 sec.

• Activates when using Burst Skill. Affects self.

Effect changes according to the number of activation time(s). Previous effects trigger repeatedly.

Once: Recovers 15.3% of ATK damage as HP, lasts for 5 sec.

Twice: HP Potency increased by 51% for 5 sec.

Thrice: DEF increased by 43.2% for 5 sec

Words Can Kill (Burst Ability)

Activates when enemy unit(s) (excluding Nikkes) are more than 4. Affects all enemies.

Guilty – New SSR NIKKE

Guilty is an SSR grade Wind elemental NIKKE that uses an Shotgun as her main weapon in the battlefield. She is classified as an Attacker in-game and has great base stats. Her description reads the following – “A Nikke subordinate to the Real Kindness Squad. Possesses incredible strength. Has been detained in the Rehabilitation Center for causing severe bodily damage to over 40 Nikkes within 2 weeks.” Take a look at her base stats and her abilities:

Couple Chat – 7-Day Login Event

As part of the D-Outsiders version update, the first event included is going to be a simple login event. Players who log in to the game after updating their game will automatically get the rewards according to the day. The event lasts for 21 days, between 12th January – 31st January 2023. Players can collect the reward for each day by going to the event page and claiming their rewards. The logins do not need to be consecutive but within the time period mentioned. Here are the rewards available to be collected on each day:

D-Outsiders Event

The D-Outsiders event is a large-scale feature rich event that features multiple sub-events that players can participate in. The entire event time period is from 12th January 2023 till 25th January 2023. The entire event is quite easy to complete if you have relatively well built NIKKE’s. Following the same event currency we had seen in the first ever event, players will need to complete the normal and hard mode for the story stages in the event. Doing this will provide tons of event currency to the player that can be further exchanged in a dedicated event shop for rare resources. Players generally like these types of events and the community is excited to plough through to get their desired resources.

To access the event, simply go to the Events tab located at the left-hand side of the lobby. During the event, some NIKKEs will get promoted for extra stats:

• Rupee – 30%

• Dolla – 30%
