Bluepoch has recently announced that their 20th century-themed strategy RPG “Reverse: 1999” will have a time-limited seasonal event called “UTTU Flash Gathering: Trophy of the Past Glory”. During the event, players can earn various rewards such as new cosmetics, growth materials, a new avatar, and much more! 

Reverse: 1999 is a strategy RPG set in 20th century London that gets caught up in time travel chaos. On the last day of 1999, the “Storm” ravaged London and resulted in a time collision where the world returned to a strange old era. You play as the Timekeeper, the observer of eras, who can freely travel through the various eras generated by the “Storm”. With the help of Sonetto, an Arcanist and ally of the Foundation, you travel through the eras, find other Arcanists who can sense the “Storm”, and rescue them from being wiped away from the timeline.

Event Details

The “UTTU Flash Gathering: Trophy of the Past Glory” event will last from November 23, 5:00 to December 7, 4:59 AM (UTC-5). The event will only activate upon the completion of the chapter “Nouvelles et Textes pour rien”. Assuming the activation condition is met, players can access the event on The Theft of the Timet Cup event page.

Players can earn various rewards during the event by completing tasks in the [Achievements] section. The most notable rewards are APPLe’s garment “Echoing to Woodstock” and a new avatar “Montage of Acey”. Players can upgrade the “Montage of Acey” avatar into “Montage of Acey – FLASH edition” by completing more challenges in chapters accessed in the UTTU Market.

Flash Gathering Roadmap

Bluepoch has laid out a roadmap for the Flash Gathering event.

First, players must go to the UTTU Flash Gathering Center in the UTTU Market to get UTTU exchange tickets. These tickets can be exchanged with APPLe’s “Echoing to Woodstock” garment, advanced growth materials, and more abundant rewards. Completing tasks in the achievements also unlocks the “Montage of Acey” avatar.

In the UTTU Market, players can also read UTTU:Flash to get the corresponding Souvenir rewards. The UTTU:Flash is comprised of several chapters with increasing difficulty and reward quality.

FLASH:FAME Reading Guide

Players can read “FLASH:FAME” found in UTTU Retails to get a FAME card. Each character can carry up to two FAME cards in battle, during which they will receive a special buff effect. Visiting UTTU Retails consumes Chances. You are granted five Chances every day at 5:00 during the event. And you can save up to 10 of these Chances in total.

When there are multiple sales at random, you can choose one to participate in each time. Note that the number, difficulty, and rrewards of UTTU retails will also increase as you read more. Intensive reading can occur while reading some parts of UTTU Retails, upon which you will be granted double drop rewards.

Special Week

The special week lasts from November 23, 5:00 to December 7, 4:59 AM (UTC-5). During this time, some chapters will reappear in the UTTU Market and relevant tasks are added to Achievements.

You can only unlock the Special Week benefits on the 8th day, after reaching the 20th chapter in your reading progress. During this time, you can access a special offer “INTENSIVE READING EX” in UTTU Retails which earns you a FAME card upon completion.
