Seven Knights 2, one of the biggest releases of Netmarble in 2022 has seen over 5 million downloads combined on both the Play Store and App Store. The game has been quite successful for the company, with multiple feature-rich updates that introduce new heroes, new pets, gameplay modes, and rewarding events. 

The 2nd update for the month of September 2023 seems to be not letting go of the hype as we have a mix of all the above-mentioned features being released with this patch as well. Seven Knights 2 is available to be downloaded and installed as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. Ian – New Hero

Ian, the Alchemist of the Abyss, is a brand-new Legendary+ rarity hero that will be joining the ever-growing roster of heroes in Seven Knights 2. The game does a great job at explaining the abilities and usage of the new hero with their trailer for Ian on YouTube. Players can expect Ian to be one of the primary rangers that can increase the damage capabilities of heroes that receive healing. Ian seems to be great fit for PvP oriented teams as his allies will get increases resistance to abilities negating ultimate skill gauge. He also acts as a pseudo-buffer by buffing the Defensive stat of Tanks, DPS, and Support heroes on the team. 

Ian’s ultimate ability is a grand AOE-targeted skill that deals a ton of damage to enemies caught in a large area. Further, all allies inside the circle are healed while the enemies are stripped of their buffs and imposed a Mutilated debuff upon. Ian will then reset the cooldown of his Mystical Ink skill, enabling him to heal more allies.

His in-game description reads as follows – “Ian was a student at the Terra Academy of Alchemy when the Legion of Destruction attacked. After Terra was left in ruins and despite his own desperate situation, he began to care for children orphaned by the attack. This brave boy won’t back down from the Legion of Destruction or Lizadria!”

Mythical Pet “Karam” and Pet Upgrade System

The Fire Spitter of the Inner Eye, or better known as “Karam”, is going to be releasing as the latest Mythic rarity Pet. Players can enjoy this amazing supporter type Pet that has the capability of healing all allies, providing Invincibility buffs, and increasing block hit rate chance for all allies. Karam also has a unique ability which allows him to save dying allies by providing them with healing effect, invincibility buff, and increasing cooldowns of abilities of enemy heroes in their vicinity. 

A new “Pet Upgrade” system is also going to be made available post update. This system allows players to enhance their Pets by consuming Upgrade tokens, a new currency being introduced as well. This system will help Pets get higher Combat Power along with providing more passive HP/Defense/Attack stats.

• Daily Pet Summon Celebrating Mythic Karam release: To celebrate the release of the Mythic Pet Karam, players can earn Pet Step Up Summon Tickets by checking into the game for 11 days. This event starts on 13th September 2023 and ends on 4th October 2023.
• Karam Release Celebration Shoot & Loot Event: Using Cosette’s Bullets that can be obtained through in-game missions and check-ins, players can obtain multiple rewards including Legendary Pet Summon Voucher Fragments, Rare through Legendary Pet Summon Vouchers, Pet Summon Tickets and more. This event starts on 13th September 2023 and ends on 27th September 2023.
• Alchemist’s Special Gift: Those who complete high-difficulty in-game missions can get Selected Rate Up Equipment Selection Chests, Mythic Enhancement Stones, and more. This event starts on 13th September 2023 and ends on 27th September 2023.

Crimson Flame Incarnate Rachel – New Hero

Crimson Flame Incarnate Rachel is the brand-new hero coming to Seven Knights 2, and the first ever PvP-oriented Mythical rarity hero being added to the game. Embodying the spirit of the Crimson Flame Incarnate, Rachel has reborn to wield the powers of the mighty tyrant. Described as a menace on the battlefield, she is supposed to excel as a DPS in PvP game modes. Her ability to reduce the ultimate skill gauge of enemies, and high base stats, make her a perfect fit as the leading melee-DPS in any team composition.

She also can set enemies ablaze, and deals increased damage to the enemies who are inflicted with this debuff. Further, she can heal herself equal to the amount of damage she dealt, but only to enemies who are ablazed. Crimson Flame Incarnate Rachel’s ultimate ability has the potential to ignore enemy’s defense as well, making her a top-tier pick in almost every scenario. Gone are the days of shredding defense, now you can simply ignore it!

New & Exciting Events to Commemorate the Update!

Seven Knights 2 has enjoyed a positive reception from the community at large, and things seem to be only pushing forward with the latest update. To commemorate the arrival of Crimson Flame Incarnate Rachel, the developers are going all out by pushing new events:

• Check-In Event: A ton of rewards are available as part of the consecutive login event, including but not limited to 10 Hero tickets. Phoenix coins, a new currency for the new event can also be gained. Mythic Runes are also available on some selected days.
• Phoenix Coin Shop: Gamers will be able to collect and earn more of Phoenix coins through participating in in-game activities. They will be able to spend this currency on juicy goodies such as Special Outfits for Mythic Rachel, Legendary Pet Selection Ticket, and Legendary Jewel Selection Ticket in the Phoenix Coin Shop.
• Mythical Rachel Crafting Event: A brand new event that features Sealed Rachel fragments as rewards can be seen live in-game. These fragments can be further exchanged to get Essence of Souls and Hero summon tickets In return.
