War Robots 11.0 Update: Anniversary Rock Highlights

War Robots, by Pixonic, has recently met its highly anticipated War Robots 11.0 Update. The update is named “Anniversary Rock,” to celebrate the game’s 11th anniversary, by doing none other than what started it- adding content. This update adds new robots, hybrid weapons, a great pilot, and much more. This update has a lot of fresh content which waits for you to discover. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been playing since day one, or maybe just installed the game, this guide has you covered.
Event: Anniversary Rock
The “Anniversary Rock” event will be released shortly after the update reaches all platforms. It is a limited-time celebration full of tasks, special rewards, and exclusive event currencies. You can participate in it through the Event Hub, which you’ll find in the upper-left corner of your Hangar.
New Robots: Lio and Nuo
Lio and Nuo are two support robots built by SpaceTech. These two robots- Lio and Nuo- are the main part of the 11.0 update. These robots introduce a mechanic called the Link mechanic which allows you to form temporary bonds with allies to get shared benefits. Both of them have jetpacks that activate their powers while flying. This brings a huge new change to mid-battle strategy.
Lio
Lio is literally made for protection and survivability. Whenever it links with an ally, both the robots gain CounterSuppression charges which resist status effects. Above that, any damage taken by either of the robots goes towards building a shared armour pool. Once the link breaks, Lio keeps its bonus armour, but the ally loses it.
Lio Base Stats:
- Weapons Slots: 3 Medium
- Durability: 250000
- Speed: 45km/hr
- Special Ability: Fortress Link
Nuo
Nuo is Lio’s more aggressive sibling. Instead of armour, it builds bonus damage the longer the link is maintained. Again, both Nuo and the ally benefit during the bond, but once it ends, the ally loses their stack, and Nuo keeps its accumulated damage buff. It’s ideal for players who love aggressive, flanking gameplay.
Nuo Base Stats:
- Weapon Slots: 2 Medium, 1 Heavy
- Durability: 190000
- Speed: 55 km/hr
- Special Ability: “Siege Link”
New Weapons
Weapons in this update are hybrids, capable of switching between Kinetic and Energy damage types. This adaptability helps you defeat enemies with different resistances, and strats.
Nanea
Nanea delivers single-particle blasts that either apply Damage over Time (DoT) in Kinetic mode or Area of Effect (AoE) bursts in Energy mode.
Stats:
- Range: 600m
- Damage per Particle: 1875
- Ammo: 64
- Reload Time: 5s
- Fire Rate: 0.1s interval
Leinani
Leinani works similarly to Nanea, but it has even more damage. It had a larger damage per shot, and with that is also a hybrid. This makes it perfect for heavy support players, or snipers.
Stats:
- Range: 600m
- Damage per Particle: 2625
- Ammo: 64
- Reload Time: 5s
- Fire Rate: 0.1s interval
New Pilot: Walter Trommel
Walter Trommel is a unique pilot compatible with both Lio and Nuo. His skill, Groove activates when either of the bot enter their flying phase.
- Effect: Applies Grey Durability to resist damage and repairs both linked robots every second during flight.
- Synergy: Perfectly goes along the link mechanics of both robots.
New Ultimate Robot: Scorpion (Ultimate Edition)
The Ultimate Scorpion returns, completely reimagined with visual upgrades and enhanced performance. Although its stats haven’t been revealed yet, we can expect:
- Increased mobility
- Enhanced teleportation ability
- Upgraded aesthetics
Scorpion has always been a teleporting assassin; the Ultimate version of it will most likely dominate backline fights and battles.
New Ultimate Weapon: Havoc (Ultimate Edition)
The Havoc shotgun gets an “Ultimate” reskin and stat boost. Although it still does well in close-range fights, this version can be expected to offer:
- Higher burst damage
- Faster reload or longer firing duration
- New model and sound effects
New Drone: Aopo
The latest addition done to your drone hangar is Aopo. A well-designed drone while keeping support robots in mind.
Conclusion
The War Robots 11.0 “Anniversary Rock” update successfully changes gameplay and the overall experience by introducing teamwork-driven bots, adaptive weapons, and a great pilot. Whether you’re a casual player or a hardcore veteran, there’s something new to explore in this major milestone update.
