Astral Odyssey  is a brand-new MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) that has captivated thousands of players upon launch. The game plays out quite beautifully and allows players to traverse in an open fantasy world with multi-colored rich biomes and diversity of flora and fauna. In this article, we have shared some of our best tips and tricks to help you gain more experience and increase your account power. Let’s begin!

Tip #1. Upgrading EXP Potential and Character Title

Your character has two special upgrades that can increase not only their CP (Combat Power), but also other vital base stats like HP and ATK. These systems are EXP Potential and Title. Enhancing your potential can give your character small percentage bonuses to ATK, HP, and the amount of EXP collected. To enhance your potential, you must complete the specified challenge. Usually, this challenge tasks you to defeat two or more bosses in the Cultivation Land.

Promoting your character’s title not only increases your CP but also gives bonuses to ATK, HP, Armor Pen, and DEF. Additionally, you also get some passive buffs like gaining DMG RED when you are attacked by monsters under a certain level. To promote the title, you must first complete the promotion quest and then claim quest rewards. Afterwards, you must spend some Ingots to secure Title Pass, an item used to promote titles but can also largely reduce the damage taken from boss attacks. Title Passes can be obtained from the Celestial Store at a price tag of 800 Ingots each.                                 

Tip #2. Drink Elixir 

Elixir is a special consumable item in Astral Odyssey. Consuming Elixir massively increases your CP and also gives various stat bonuses. All Elixir except one grant an additional 56,000 CP. The exception is the Divine Dragon Elixir which grants an additional 72,000 CP. Aside from CP increase, Elixir also gives you permanent stat bonuses which increase stats by percentage instead of a fixed value. There are multiple types of Elixirs in-game

Tip #3. Enhance Gear to Increase Combat Power!

Gear is the easiest way of strengthening your character because of their large stat boosts. Gear in Astral Odyssey comes in a plethora of different tiers and rarities which determine their base strength. From weakest to strongest, the rarities are: Blue, Purple, Orange. From the weakest to strongest, the tiers are: 1-star, 2-star, 3-star, 4- star, and 5-star. 

You can acquire stronger gear as you keep killing enemies and defeating strong bosses. Each gear piece can be individually upgraded to make their effects stronger. Keep in mind, blue rarity gear cannot be enhanced. Each gear enhancement gives them additional stats.

Tip #4. Gear Augmentation Works Magically!

Gear augmentation refers to the process of increasing the tier of any piece of equipment. It works exactly the same way as gear enhancement with the only major difference being that both blue and purple gear cannot be augmented and that augmentation uses a new currency called Gear Augment Crystal. There is also a Primal Augmentation Master feature which also works the same way as with enhancement. You get a Primal Gear Basic Stat Increase based on the augmentation level of all your equipped gear.                          

Tip #5. Embedding Gems into Gear to Increase Stats

Embedding gems into your gear gives them further CP and stat boosts. The effect of the gems depends on their rarity. Blue gear cannot be embedded with gems. Each piece of gear has six gem slots. Depending on the gems you insert in the slot, you can get either a boost in ATK, HP, or some other stat; but a CP increase is always guaranteed. You can upgrade a gem to the next level by consuming a certain number of the same gem. For example, a level 3 red gem can be upgraded to level 4 by consuming three unused pieces of a red gem.
