Gameplay Mechanics in Blade Legends
Blade Legends is almost an idle RPG game. When you load into the game, you will have the option to collect all sorts of rewards to help you begin your thrilling quest. After that, your hero will begin slaughtering enemies left and right with minimal input on your part.
As your hero does the fighting on your behalf, you will have the chance to equip her with all sorts of equipment you receive from drops. There are buttons to help you put on the best gear, which new players will undoubtedly use while they’re still learning how this game works.
Apart from that, you can summon bosses by completing various tasks. In the beginning stages, your hero with minimal gear can take on the bosses singlehandedly, but as you progress and the enemies become more difficult, you’ll want to pay closer attention to your gear setup, skills, and summon.
Rewards in Blade Legends
The rewards system in Blade Legends is similar to that of other idle RPG games. When your hero completes quests, which they receive automatically during battle, you can claim your rewards by tapping on the button in the middle of your screen.
The rewards in Blade Legends range from equippable loot, silver, XP, and so on. There are tons of rewards you’ll receive in rapid succession, so make sure you keep an eye on the top bar of your screen to keep up with everything.
Revenue in Blade Legends
Apart from receiving money, XP, and other goodies from completing quests, you also receive revenue simply by loading Blade Legends and letting it run. However, you will need to manually claim your revenue to receive them.
The revenue you receive depends on your level. The higher your hero’s level, the more you receive, and the more you can spend on upgrading your hero, gear, and summons.
Summons in Blade Legends
Blade Legends doesn’t just thrust you into a pit of endless hordes of enemies on your own. You get a summon to assist you in combat, who can perform all sorts of attacks and spells.
The basic summon—the first one you unlock—is the mighty fox. It may seem small and dainty, but it packs a mighty bite that will help fell enemies faster than you can imagine. You will want to spend enough resources on “cultivating” your summon to beef it up futher.
After reaching level 22, you can unlock the Fairy summon, which has amazing defensive and offensive spells. It will take some time to reach level 22, but if you’re thinking of going the Fairy route, you should save your resources for her.
After 3 and 4 days of playing, you’ll unlock various other summons that are much different from the Fox and Fairy but have niche uses. Load up Blade Legends in BlueStacks to see how these bad boys are in action!
This concludes our beginner’s guide for Blade Legends. To play Blade Legends on a bigger screen of your PC, it is highly recommended to use BlueStacks along with your keyboard and mouse.
