There are also other game modes besides combat-related in the game. One such interesting game system is the “Café”. It allows players to operate and manage a full-fledged cat café wherein you serve customers the yummiest dishes from around the world. It can be quite competitive of a business, keeping you engrossed all the time in managing active members and collecting treasuries. Players can battle other real players in a real-time setting with tons of resources up for grabs.
The Gacha System
The gacha system of Cat Fantasy: Isekai Adventure is quite streamlined and easy to understand. On first glance, players will get to see a plethora of different summoning banners, each with their own set of rules and regulations. All banners in the game require different summoning currency to operate. At the time of global launch, there are 4 distinct types of banners:
- Event Banner – Players can get R-SSR heroes by summoning in this banner. This banner features a certain hero as the rate-up characters, which means if players manage to summon a SSR hero, there’s a 50% chance of it being the rate-up hero. Players will need Refined Pathite or Opals to summon on this banner. A pity system that guarantees rewards according to the number of times you have summoned is also available. A free summon is given each day on this banner.
- Regular Banner – Players can get R-SSR heroes by summoning in this banner. This banner is permanent and does not offer rate-up chances for any hero. Players will need Standard Pathite or Opals to summon on this banner. A pity system that guarantees a SSR hero in 80 summons is available on this banner. A free summon is given each day on this banner.
- Fated Summon – Players can get SSR heroes by summoning in this banner. This banner allows players to select 5 distinct SSR heroes to summon. 1 out of the 5 selected heroes will be summoned. Players will need an SSR Wish Ticket to summon on this banner.
- Friendship Banner – Players can get R-SSR star heroes by summoning in this banner. This banner does not feature any SSR hero as rate-up and is a permanent banner. Players will need Friendship Points to summon on this banner. No pity system is available on this banner.
Heroes
Heroes or officially termed as “Combatants” are the main bread and butter for playing the game. These powerful warriors have access to amazing active and passive abilities that will help you in combat situations. Heroes can also double down as workers for you in the café. The primary method to obtain them is via summoning in the gacha system. Heroes come in different rarities, with the lowest one being R (Rare) and the highest one being SSR (Super Super Rare). The higher the rarity, the more powerful their base stats and utility. SSR heroes boast superior abilities. An ideal team combination is required for you to tackle the difficult content.
Since Cat Fantasy: Isekai Adventure is an RPG title, it has the usual tropes such as the ability to boost the power level of all characters. Even the lowest rarity heroes can be powered up to get stronger. Players can do so via different tasks such as levelling up heroes, starring them up, providing them with strong equipment, ascending them, and boosting the levels of equipped equipment. Each character also has their own exclusive equipment that can be unlocked to boost their stats and abilities.
Understanding the Core Currencies
