Honkai: Star Rail – Topaz & Numby Skills, Traces, Eidolons, and Build Guide
Honkai: Star Rail is one of the most popular turn-based RPGs in the mobile market. Topaz is a versatile character in Honkai: Star Rail, known for her ability to control the battlefield with her unique skills and powerful attacks. In this guide, we’ve explained all the abilities, traces, and eidolons of Topaz. We have also included a correct build path to harness the power of Topaz effectively. Let’s begin!
Topaz & Numby Active and Passive Skills
Topaz & Numby is a 5-Star Fire elemental character that is following the Path of Hunt. Topaz is a unique combination of secondary damage dealer and targeted assistance for units with follow-up strikes. She has the ability to dramatically boost the amount of follow-up damage a single adversary can get endlessly, with the damage increase acting as a separate multiplier in most cases, resulting in an even bigger increase. She also adds decent direct and toughness damage and can employ SP with a wide range of options, even being totally SP positive.
Her main disadvantage is that she is strictly single-target focused and can struggle in two-target circumstances. Her personal damage output is also dependent on foes being struck by follow-ups, limiting her utility as a secondary damage dealer for non-follow-up.
Here is a list of Topaz & Numby’s skills: –
Deficit (Basic Ability)
Deals Fire DMG equal to 100% of Topaz’s ATK to a single enemy.
Difficulty Paying? (Active Ability)
Inflicts a single target enemy with a Proof of Debt status, increasing the DMG it takes from follow-up attacks by 50%. Proof of Debt only takes effect on the most recent target it is applied to. If there are no enemies inflicted with Proof of Debt on the field when an ally’s turn starts or when an ally takes action, Topaz will inflict a random enemy with Proof of Debt.
Numby deals Fire DMG equal to 150% of Topaz’s ATK to this target. Using this Skill to deal DMG is considered as launching a follow-up attack.
Turn a Profit! (Ultimate Ability)
Numby enters the Windfall Bonanza! state and its DMG multiplier increases by 150% and CRIT DMG increases by 25%. Also, when enemies with Proof of Debt are hit by an ally’s Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, Numby’s action is Advanced Forward by 50%. Numby exits the Windfall Bonanza! state after using 2 attacks.
Trotter Market?! (Talent Ability)
Summons Numby at the start of battle. Numby has 80 SPD by default. When taking action, Numby launches follow-up attacks on a single enemy target afflicted with Proof of Debt, dealing Fire DMG equal to 150% of Topaz’s ATK.
When enemies afflicted with Proof of Debt receive an ally’s follow-up attacks, Numby’s action is Advanced Forward by 50%. The action Advance Forward effect cannot be triggered during Numby’s own turn.
When Topaz is downed, Numby disappears.
Explicit Subsidy (Technique)
Numby is summoned when Topaz enters the Overworld. Numby will automatically seek for Basic Treasures and Trotters within a predetermined radius. Using her Technique regenerates 60 Energy for Topaz following Numby’s first attack in the next bout.
If Topaz remains in the team after using her Technique to kill overworld foes, a modest additional amount of credits will be added to her earned credits. A maximum of 10,000 bonus credits may be received per calendar day. After employing her Technique and defeating adversaries in the Simulated Universe, you will receive a small number of Cosmic Fragments and a small possibility of obtaining one random Curio.
