Kingdom Heroes – Tactics is a brand-new RTS game that see’s the protagonist building their own kingdom, along with a rich army of mixed troops. After the monarchy left the area, several sub-kingdoms have been established in the estate. Take up arms, or use diplomacy, and re-unite the one Kingdom once again. Based on the famed IP (Intellectual Property) of Three Kingdom Heroes, players can expect to see some of the familiar faces of famous warlords from the Chinese mythologies and history. Kingdom Heroes – Tactics is available to be downloaded and installed as a free-to-play game on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store.

In this tier list for Kingdom Heroes – Tactics, we will be ranking the best heroes in the game that are currently available to be collected & used in the global launch. We have taken several factors into consideration such as the base rarity, base stats, and active/passive abilities of heroes while forming this tier list. Let’s get right into the details!

S Tier Heroes

Let’s take a look at some of the heroes in this tier:

CAO CAO

Cao Cao is a Legendary rarity hero that is classified as a Cavalry type. His ultimate ability Song Ballad states as follows – “Reduces the targets damage by 10% for 4 seconds. This hero’s troops deal 52% increased basic attack damage for 4 seconds.” His 1st passive ability Recruitment Order does as follows – “Basic attacks of this hero’s troops have a 30% chance to heal a portion of slightly wounded units. Garrison troops led by this hero deal 1.5% increased damage and receive 1% less damage.”

SIMA YI

Sima Yi is a Legendary rarity hero that is classified as a Skill type. His ultimate ability Crazed Thunder Confinement states as follows – “Deals Intellect damage to the target and reduces it’s damage by 5% for 4 seconds.” His 1st passive ability Looks of a Jackal does as follows – “Basic attacks of this hero’s troops have a 10% chance to gain an extra 24 energy. Garrison troops led by this hero also deal 6% increased skill damage.”

LU BU

Lu Bu is a Legendary rarity hero that is classified as a Cavalry type. His ultimate ability Deity Slayer states as follows – “Deals Might damage to up to 3 targets nearby. The inflicted targets also suffer from Heal block for 4 seconds.” His 1st passive ability Unrivaled Warlord does as follows – “The hero’s troops gain 15% increased basic attack damage when they attack structures. They also have a 25% chance to reduce damage taken by 5% for 4 seconds when taking basic attack damage. The damage reduction effect can stack up to 5 times.”

LU XUN

Lu Xun is a Legendary rarity hero that is classified as a Spears type. His ultimate ability Crushing Waves Shield states as follows – “For the next 4 seconds, troops led by this hero gain 10% increased unit attack, 10% increased Unit health, and 9% increased March speed.” His 1st passive ability Open Water Advantage does as follows – “This hero’s troops have a 10% chance to gain 5 energy when taking basic attack damage, the effect can only trigger once every 5 seconds. When on water, they gain 7.5% increased March speed and take 5.5% reduced damage.”

SUN CE

Sun Ce is a Legendary rarity hero that is classified as a Cavalry type. His ultimate ability Conqueror’s Vicious Pike states as follows – “Deals Might damage to the target and increases it’s basic attack damage taken by 3.1% for 4 seconds.” His 1st passive ability General of Rebel Suppression does as follows – “Troops led by this hero take 4% less damage. In addition, they gain 3.7% increased damage when attacking neutral units.”

DIAOCHAN

Diaochan is a Legendary rarity hero that is classified as a Shield type. Her ultimate ability Unsurpassed Beauty states as follows – “Silenced up to 3 nearby targets and reduces their Unit attack by 15% and Unit health by 15% for 3 seconds.” Her 1st passive ability Hundred Flowers Bloom does as follows – “This hero’s troops gain 9% increased gathering speed and 2% additional resources from gathering after they return to the city. Also, they gain 2.7% increased unit attack and 2.7% increased unit health when they are deployed to gather resources on the map.”

B Tier Heroes

WEN CHOU

Wen Chou is an Epic rarity hero that is classified as a Cavalry type. His ultimate ability Xiezhi’s Raging Roar states as follows – “Removes debuffs. For the next 2 seconds, troops led by this hero deal 5% increased basic attack damage and are immune to debuffs.” His 1st passive ability General of the Yuan Army does as follows – “Basic attacks of this hero’s garrison troops have a 10% chance to deal an extra Might damage to the target.”

GONGSUN ZAN

Gongsun Zan is an Epic rarity hero that is classified as a Cavalry type. His ultimate ability White Horse Cavalry states as follows – “Deals might damage to up to 4 targets in a forward fan-facing area. Damage dealt to each target is reduced by 10% for each additional target.” His 1st passive ability Powerful Presence does as follows – “When troops led by this hero attack structures, they gain 6.5% increased basic attack damage.”

FA ZHENG

Fa Zheng is an Epic rarity hero that is classified as a Shields type. His ultimate ability Wind of Crippled Spirits states as follows – “Deals intellect damage to the target and reduces its Energy by 44.” His 1st passive ability Henchmen of Shu does as follows – “Troops led by this hero gain 5% increased Wood, Stone, and Iron gathering speed, and increased 8.5% food gathering speed.”
