Tip #1. Focus on Creating New Buildings

Kingdom Heroes – Tactics is one of the few RTS games that are going to be progressive in nature, depending if you follow the basic systems in the game. Players are required to make tough decisions as to which buildings are going to be prioritized when construction and upgrading processes are involved. For the construction part, we highly recommend at least buying out every building at the start as soon as they unlock. Secondly, we would recommend upgrading only those buildings that provide you the core resources such as Coins, Wood, Iron, Stone, and Food.

Each of these resources are going to be required to perform crucial activities surrounding the different game modes. Even your Army troops are going to be trained by spending these crucial resources. Players can get these resources through the following buildings:

• Residence: Coin is produced through this building.
• Stone Mine: Stone is produced through this building.
• Farm: Food is produced through this building.
• Iron Quarry: Iron is produced through this building.
• Sawmill: Wood is produced through this building.

Tip #2. Focusing on the Main Quests

This is a titular tip that we present to all new players coming to games like Kingdom Heroes – Tactics. The game does a great job at presenting a thorough questline for players to follow so that they can not only understand the game mechanics but also progress at a standard pace. These quests can also reward the players heavily for their hard work and valorous efforts in bringing glory to the kingdom. We would also recommend to do some side quests that can offer more rewards on the side line without investing too much time.

In general, they are one of the best avenues of getting rewards at a consistent pace alongside the daily quests. We would also players to constantly upgrade their buildings all the time, as majority of the quests are pertaining to development of kingdom and its buildings.

Tip #3. Judicious Use of Speed-Ups

Kingdom Heroes – Tactics offers a ton of resources at the beginning of the game, which is ironic as they dry up as quickly as they are given. Yes, we are talking about the coveted Speed-Ups that can significantly decrease the cost of different processes in the game. For example, Construction Speed-Up are used for speeding up construction of new buildings and/or upgrading existing buildings. Speed-Ups come in different timers, starting from 1 minute reductions and going all the way up to 6 hours worth of queue time reduction. Saving these speed-ups for later stages when the construction timers are obscene are going to be very helpful in progression.

Tip #4. Recruiting Powerful Heroes

Kingdom Heroes – Tactics is a strategy-oriented RPG that has a place for multiple heroes in the game. These heroes can be obtained via the “Observatory” building and can lead your troops in different battles. Heroes are not going to be identical when it comes to strength, as some are blessed with higher rarity, while others are of lower rarity. A higher rarity of a hero generally means it has more base stats such as Attack, Defense, and HP. Heroes are also equipped with powerful active and passive abilities that can be used in & out of battles. We would recommend checking out a thorough tier list for the best heroes in the game before making a team formation.

Tip #5. Joining an Alliance

One of the best ways to progress at a steady rate in Kingdom Heroes – Tactics is by joining or creating an Alliance. Not only does this provide a safe space and community for the players, but it also helps in socialising with like-minded players who share the same love for their favourite game. Of course, an Alliance also comes with its own benefits such as shared resources, free trading of troops, and tons of Alliance-based game modes that offer additional rewards.
