RAID: Shadow Legends – The Arrival of 6 New Doom Tower Champions
New champions are being introduced to the Doom Tower in RAID: Shadow Legends, the free-to-play turn-based RPG by Plarium which releases new sets of champions each time the Doom Tower resets. These resets in the Doom Tower are for changing the mechanics of the current bosses or introducing new bosses to keep things interesting and the community engaged as it’s one of the premier PvE content available in the game which is still fresh for many players. The resets also provide new fragment champions which are exclusively available only through the Doom Tower and are quite powerful! Most of all, they are completely free-to-play to obtain, granted, you have to clear the Doom Tower and its Secret Rooms to collect the fragments for these champions. We have a special guide for Doom Tower which might help you.
For the new addition of champions, we have the following ones being added to the roster in RAID: Shadow Legends:
- Ginro the Stork (Legendary Void Affinity Champion from the Shadowkin Faction)
- Gronjarr (Legendary Force Affinity Champion from the Dwarves Faction)
- Cromax Moonblood (Legendary Force Affinity Champion from the Dark Elves Faction)
- Zii Ixchi (Epic Force Affinity Champion from the Lizardmen Faction)
- Krakarth (Epic Force Affinity Champion from the Dark Elves Faction)
- Liburga (Epic Void Affinity Champion from the Orcs Faction)
Ginro the Stork
Ginro the Stork is a new legendary grade Void affinity Defense-based champion from the Shadowkin Faction. Ginro the Stork is quite an achievement as to fuse him completely, players will need to have finished Doom Tower Hard Secret Rooms over 300 times to get all his fragments. Completing this number of missions is not a joke but certainly a price worth paying for this legendary grade void champion. His 1st skill Plunging Beak is a single targeted damaging ability that has a 50% chance to increase a random skill cooldown of the enemy by 2 turns. His 2nd ability Befuddle is also a single targeted damaging ability that has a 100% chance to Stun the enemy target for 2 turns and this skill will ignore any Block Debuffs or Block Damage buffs present on the target. His 3rd skill Gatewatch Stance states he will put a 60% Increased Defense buff on himself for 3 turns along with a Counterattack buff for 2 turns. His Passive ability Lauging Gull is what really makes him shine as it has both an Active effect as well a Passive effect. The Active effect states that, at the end of Ginro the Stork’s turn, he has a 100% chance to place Provoke Debuff for 1 turn on all enemies that have Increased Attack buffs on them. The Passive effect states that Ginro gains 10% of his Total Defense as additional Defense whenever he Counterattacks. However, this extra Defense resets every time he takes his own turn. Also, his Resistance is converted to Accuracy when he attacks his turn.
